If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is nearly non-existent. I first reached out to them about my upcoming wedding around May 20 as they had good reviews and the photos of their work were amazing. They reached out acknowledging my request and on May 24 I agreed to meet with the owner, Angela, in person on May 30. When I arrived at the store I was informed that Angela was not there but they would take my information and forward it to her. A week went by and I heard nothing so I texted to follow up at which time I was informed the owner would reach out to me the next day. A few days passed and again no word so I called and was told they would follow up that day. Rather than calling to share information, ask questions, etc. an email was sent on June 11 asking questions most of which had already been answered when I was at their shop. For as frustrated as I was I gave them one more chance and replied to their email on June 12. Today is June 23 and I have still not received a response to my email. Why would I even think to trust them with my wedding when they cannot talk to me in person, call me or reply in a timely manner. Every other vendor I have contacted for my wedding has done this (including the other florists I have since contacted). They may be good for a quick order of a simple arrangement but they are clearly not in the business for weddings. I am happy to upload copies of the emails mentioned here if requested.

The flower arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful and matched the image on their website perfectly! Delivery went smoothly as well! A wonderful experience all the way around! I would highly recommend Bunches Flower Company in Rockwall … I will absolutely order from them again!
