Amazing repairs and customer service. Consistent text updates and phone calls when vehicle was almost complete. Staff professional and very pleasant. Shuttle provided to car rental. Prices seem reasonable. We have had three cars repaired at Caliber. Amazing craftsmanship. One car was repaired as the result of an individual backing into the passenger side requiring extensive replacement/repairs. Had car for five days. It looked brand new with the repairs. HIGHLY recommend!!

Darrin and the whole staff was awesome. I received status everyday of what part of the process my vehicle was in. It was very seamless. It didn’t take them long with repairing my vehicle and was shocked how quickly I got it back as it took only 2 weeks. My vehicle looked renewed when I got it back it shined better than when I take it to the car wash..so thank you all for the hard work and making my experience great

Took car in for repairs. Had to return it 3 times same week because repairs were not done correctly. Spoke to manager Robert he was very patronizing and just said well people make mistakes. Horrible service and even worse customer service!!

Great customer service. The lady in the front was very kind and answered all my concerns. I came to visit and needed help with my car. Reno my service advisor was also a huge help and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I highly recommend.

So I'm gonna be honest I'm disappointed because my sister who works for a dealership recommended y'all. I will make sure to tell her not to refer anymore of your customers the lady who answered the phone was very rude she didn't seem like she cared and made snide remarks while I was explaining what was going on. This is a hard time for people who have had accidents and are looking to get their car fixed I can't help the insurance isn't claiming liability and I know that my repairs shouldn't cost over 5 or 6 grand becaus my dad is a mechanic he just can't do the body work. I have $5k ready to pay out today for my car and I will now be taking my business elsewhere
