Canine Solutions has been a great resource to me as we collaborated on training my service dog. If you follow their lead and do your homework, these trainers will help you find great success! Also my dog LOVES them. I always feel safe leaving him in their care if I need to go somewhere without him.

Canine Solutions Dallas is absolutely incredible. I had taken my dog to several other trainers before I found them and no one was able to train my dog. Until a came across Canine Solutions. Wow I was blown away with what all they accomplished in such a small amount of time. The talent they have with dogs are incredible. The positive reinforcement, patience, knowledge, top notch service , and the love they have for animals is absolutely amazing. Keisha totally out did what I was even thinking possible for my dog Bitzy. This is differently the place to go if you need your dog trained. I can’t praise them enough !!!!! Look no farther , you have found your new dog trainer. You will love them and so will your dog!!!!

This is the real deal! My black Labrador Gidget went to stay with the trainers for only 2 weeks and came back amazingly a new dog. This is not a stick several dogs in a kennel and work with your dog a few times a day.
Instead these ladies take only one dog at a time for training at their home and every where they go.
They gave my life back to me. Keisha, Valerie, Bailey and the other trainers in Rockwall are sooo good to work with and have a wealth of knowledge and techniques to share that make life so much easier.
With my multiple disabilities I hardly ever was able to get out of my house and now with Gidget's help I get out almost daily. She is able to provide support with my balance issues and helps tremendously with my PTSD. She is so obedient and is not afraid of any noises, textures to walk on or other people and animals of all kinds. She is very attentive to my physical and emotional needs.
If you need a service dog or your dog is just unruly Keisha, Valerie, Bailey and their crew in Rockwall are who can gently get the job done and will work with your needs! They only train with positive reinforcement. Gidget is so excited to see them at each follow up session??❣️
Thank you from the my whole heart ? to The Service Dog Team Academy in Rockwall!!!!

Our dog was neglected in every way while staying with these two lying, cheating ladies. My story is too long to post but suffice it to say I had to spend a lot of time dealing with this situation and after 20 months I still have not received the full refund they promised once they knew i was serious. They did pay our dog’s nearly $900 vet bill from a terrible infection in his neck area from her dog biting outs and it going undetected for days. They said they’d send updates, blah blah blah. Their Facebook videos are a joke. It’s like they purposely said things (that they take calls/texts 24 hrs a day and always respond quickly). Once they sent me a video of Keisha pretending to brush my dog, and I saw his condition, I immediately was sickened and made plans to pick him up. Our dog bit Keisha because she went up behind him at pickup. At drop off she said he’d never bite her because she’d never put herself in that position to give him the opportunity. Well, she did by going up behind him to stop him from jumping my Dad’s leg. I have all the documentation that I presented in civil court and the judgement was issued. It was NOT granted because they didn’t show up but because it was blatantly obvious to the judge that they neglected him and I have, on their letterhead, confirmation that Valerie stated she’s giving a full refund. She also sent me a copy of a check that was never mailed. STAY AWAY! Read all reviews!!! DO NOT DO THE 14 DAY TRAINING WHERE THEY KEEP YOUR DOG AT THEIR HOME WITH THEIR DOG. They offer zero paperwork, only accept Zelle and don’t give a receipt. There’s so much more but I’m exhausted by what’s happened over this situation.

Left this for the other business name. Wanted to make sure this was seen on any related business page.I am utterly heartbroken and appalled by the devastating experience my friend's dog had at this dog training business. The neglect and mistreatment endured by the innocent animal resulted in the unthinkable tragedy of their passing. The lack of care, empathy, and professionalism displayed by the staff is beyond comprehension. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice, as no pet should ever suffer such a fate due to negligence.

We started our journey with Keisha at the end of February to train our new pup to become a service dog for my younger cousin who has epilepsy. At first when we called we got a very straight forward run down of how the process worked. Koda got boarded the first two weeks for behavior and potty training. When we got her back we were given instructions on how to continue the training on our end and what was expected of us for the months to come. At first Koda was hyper and not following the routine well getting to our home but when I reached out to Keisha she explained this is normal as Koda was adjusting to be back in our home. We continued the training per the instructions given to us as well as attending weekly trainings with Keisha. We have been so pleased with how well Koda has adapted to the training! Keisha has been so amazing with her and has also boarded her while my husband is out of town for work. We have not worked with Valerie yet as we are currently working on passing the 10 steps of CGC with Keisha. Once Koda is completed with that she will then receive training from Valerie on how to pick up the scent of a seizure while working one on one with my cousin. We are looking forward to that process. We would highly recommend them! Just keep in mind you do have to do the work while the dog is in your home if not the training they have done will not continue. Thank you guys so much!!

Never ever go here, I went a few months back with my Doberman wasted more than 2k in her and didn’t learn anything, I took her to another trainer and he said my dog was hit while being there he examined her and she had a cut which was not there when I dropped her off. My dog was calm when she left and for some reason when she came back she was scared of any type of stick, they also don’t reach out, I tried to reach out multiple times because they don’t reach out to you they don’t tell you anything and the trainer would tell me to stop because I was interfering with the time she trained my dog, which all she learnt was go down and wait. Over 2k just learn 2! Tricks is absurd. Then after her training was over I noticed she wouldn’t like to go out anymore or if someone tried to come close to her she would freak out, tried contacting Valerie and she didn’t try and help me. I had to pay more money with a good trainer and he helped me out a lot. She’s a different dog that when she went there. The worst place to go they don’t help or answer when you have questions about your dog when you drop them off. Just don’t go here.

My aunt owns this place and is always there to help people with the issues they have with their dogs. Leaving a negative review on someone who will help you with anything is belittling and petty. If you need help with your dog call them to help you! I don’t care what they situation is.Have a blessed day

My name is Jana, and we were a client of Canine Solutions up until Covid. Right before Covid, Valerie had me prepay for lessons (which she always requires you to do). She asked for $300 to train one of my dogs to be an emotional support dog. Months after Covid I asked for my money back. Valerie told me she didn’t know if the company was going to survive and could not refund my money then, but she would have her accountant look at the books and get back to me. I understand how Covid affected businesses and was understanding. So, I let 2 years pass and recently asked for my money back again. I showed her the screen shots of the transaction I made in Venmo. Unfortunately, she won’t respond to my texts and kept our money. I was hoping Valerie would do the right thing, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. In addition to stealing our money, during the last month of training, she was late for every appointment (if she didn’t cancel last minute), but we still had to pay full price.
I think Valerie is a great trainer. But unfortunately she is unethical and unreliable.

My wife and I found Keisha and Valerie of the Service Dog Team Academy through google. We were looking for an official training school to have our two French Bull Dogs service trained (we found plenty of websites where for a fee we could get them “certified” but wanted something more official). I called the Academy and spoke to Keisha for almost 45 minutes. She walked me through the process, the fee structure and why we should trust our dogs to Keisha and Valerie. Her passion for what she does was apparent and was sold that it was not a pay to play type scenario. Their method is what some may think as unconventional, but extremely effective. Let me start by saying Valerie and Keisha are all about the animals, their safety and making sure the dog has the temperament and personality to become a service dog. So to their method. They offer board and train as well as owner based training. We opted to have our puppy, coco, do the board and train and our older dog, Bond, only do owner based training, as we thought that would be enough. Coco spent two weeks with Valerie and Keisha at their home, working hard and paying even harder. We received daily updates, pictures and videos of her progress including summary of what coco was working on. At the end of those two weeks, coco returned home just as playful as before, but a bit more focused. Coco then proceeded through the owner based training and will graduate soon. As for Bond, well he is a bit of a different story. We opted not to board and train, but found that his personality is one of guarding and protecting. We had a few incidents in our home with one of our other dogs where they would spontaneously go at each other. This concerned us greatly, and asked Keisha and Valerie if we could send Bond to them for the board and train. The thought was to see if Bond could benefit from additional work of socialization with other dogs. Keep in mind Bond was a little hesitant with Keisha…. I think he knew that his cute eyes would not work on her. Off Bond went for two weeks, my wife and I hoping he would behave and work out some of his behavioral oddities. As with Coco, Keisha and Valerie provided daily updates, picture and videos of his progress. We now understand that Bond has some personality traits and characteristics that are innate and we will need to watch and work with him on. Keisha was up front with us about Bond and whether he could pass the service test requirements given some of his behavioral traits and that she would not pass him just to pass him. They do not compromise on their program and the requirements needed. Their integrity to the system and no-bs approach to their trade is what impressed me about them. The program is not inexpensive, but well worth it. If I could do it all over again, I would have taken their advice to enroll both Bond and Coco in both the board and train program and owner training. We are almost there and can’t wait for Bond and Coco to graduate, receive their service vests and certification cards. I highly recommend Keisha and Valerie and their business Service Dog Team Academy
