I would drive out of my way to come here, but after today's experience I will go somewhere closer to where I live. They increased their prices by $10 for the full service. Then I had waited over an hour for them to finish my car with multiple other people coming after me yet their cars being cleaned before mine.

Simply put, I will not return. As a loyal customer visiting at minimum twice a week, after these last couple of visits, the business has just gone downhill. $60 for a wash that looks exactly the same as when I brought it in. Raising the prices just to provide a lesser service just isn’t good business.

After 6pm, employees hide around the bushes or walk away when they see vehicles coming out of the tunnel, on a Saturday…I understand yall wanna go home, close early then if they don’t wanna work.
Paid full price for half of the service.

Used Carmel for a while now . And service has gone waaaaay downhill . Tried to call to voice a complaint . Sent to a voicemail and don’t expect a return call . Brandon doesn’t like it when you don’t do the 5 car wash special . Hasn’t from day one ! But my complaint is after opting for the $40 full service .. only to get home and actually put EFFORT into cleaning my windows “smeared wet rag everywhere” including dash. Vacuum job was same half ass job . Maybe change the name to if you don’t want to wash your car … we will half ass it for ya ! Or just simply do better .

The only bad thing about this place is Brandon. Hes so unbelievably rude when I don’t want to fork over $100 for a card and just want one wash. He had the nerve to say that he gets a bonus if I do it and that Im obviously wealthy if I drive this car. Excuse me? You know nothing of my personal financial circumstances. Then today, he did it again!! Tried to upsell me and then attitude when I said no. It makes me never want to come back.

I was given a free car wash at the Chevrolet dealership next to this location. When I arrived, I greeted the worker, handed him my ticket, and said hello, but he did not respond—he simply told me to go ahead. At no point did he explain how the complimentary service worked.
After leaving the wash, I noticed they had a drying and vacuuming area. At most other places, customers are provided with towels to dry their own vehicles. I asked one of the workers where the towels were, and he told me I could take two from his cart, which did have a sign that said “staff only.” However, since the worker gave me permission, I took them.
Moments later, the same employee from the entrance came over and told me those towels were only for staff, pointing to the sign. I explained that his coworker had given me permission, and I had not taken them without asking. I agreed to return them, but he then said it was fine to use them “just this time,” adding that the towels were only for paying customers—not for free washes, something he had never mentioned before.
He then went directly to the worker who had lent me the towels, and I saw him scolding him over just two towels. I went back to the young man, apologized for the situation, and explained that I did not want to cause him any trouble. I also told the other employee it wasn’t my intention and that it wasn’t worth reprimanding someone over something so minor. Still, he repeated that the towels were only for full-paying customers.
At that point, I became upset, returned the towels, and told him that other places provide much better service. I left and will not be returning.
This left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend this location. There are many other car washes that offer far better customer service.

Service was good and they didn't a great job/fast with hand drying.
Only not a 5 because they didnt have at the vacuum station either the damp wipe rags or the floor mat clips which I greatly prefer be present at a car wash.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been too. No one there to wipe down the grill or the back before you enter. There are no towels provided to help wipe down your vehicle afterwards and touch it up. Also, there aren’t any floor mat machine cleaners on site. Not to mention the vacuum area says five minute limit. I mean seriously, this place sucks. Why would anyone ever go back? No wonder there was no line on a Sunday afternoon.
