“Was invited here by a great couple friends of my boyfriend, who are now friends of mine as well. After several discussions with this beautiful couple anbout our faith and love for growth with God , my boyfriend was shortly baptized after first attending service there… we love this church! The people and the pastors that make up the church are all great!! I’ve never been so welcomed in quite some time. We have attended a couple of the events and we plan to attend growth classes and then also hopefully join some other small groups as a couple and also solo.”

“Of course, I may be a bit partial in my review of this particular church. Nevertheless, If you are looking for a no judgement zone that you can perhaps call home. Then you need to visit GoRock at least once!”

“I love this church. They're so friendly and caring. They do a lot in the community to help needy people. Have made many friends through their "55 and Better" club.”

“Great church for anyone looking to get settled in! This place is like family to us. Nice side but you don't feel lost in there, lol and you still feel like it is certainly a growing church! Pastor Matt is a great leader and Brian is an awesome youth pastor!”

“So my wife, my son and I live in Dallas and we went to Shoreline City Church for about 3 years. My wife loved it mainly for the great mix of people (young, old, black, white, hispanic, etc.) but I never really felt any peace. The children's church seems more like a prison (they don't allow any adults into the youth services part of the building, even parents, I've never even seen the room my son went to). The parking lot is flooded with volunteers telling me how to park and where to park (I've been driving a car for 30 years and have never needed help parking my car). Worst of all the pastor repeatedly told the congregation that Shoreline City Church accepts everyone. It doesn't matter if you're Democrat, Republican, gay, straight, transgender, poly, white, black, brown, etc... It really makes my blood boil when all I hear from the pastor is love and acceptance with no teaching on the consequences for living a life of sin as most Demon possessed Democrat liberal LGBTQ+ supporters do. So several months ago the head pastor (Pastor Earl) said to everyone that he was tired of hearing members of his church talk politics. So he said, from the pulpit, if you think it's OK to talk about politics at church then he doesn't want you to be a part of Shoreline City Church. So I promptly grabbed my wife and son and we left. The next Sunday we drove to the Rockwall Lakepointe service and the pastor had several different political leaders of Rockwall on stage so the congregation could pray for them. Thank you Jesus. Thats what i needed to see. I know the congregation is not as interracial and international as Shoreline City but I know with 100% certainty that politics and religion are very important to this country and to the world and we should absolutely be praying for our political leadership. Most of these goog Godly people seem to be Republicans right now and I think the church has a great responsibility to educate the congregation on the importance of voting for Conservative Christians. I am loving the teaching and preaching of Lakepointe.”

“Beautiful Catholic Church near beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard east of Dallas in Rockwall. I attended the Christmas midnight Mass while visiting from out of town. The Altar area is elevated and centered so that viewing is excellent no matter where you sit. Before Mass an orchestra of stringed instruments played Christmas songs accompanied by a choir with beautiful voices who sung. The violins and cellos were so captivating that tears of joy filled my eyes! Mass was eloquently done with a feeling of holiness surrounding the whole church’s congregation. Love, humility, respect, and beauty of celebrating Christ’s birthday at Our Lady of the Lake was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend to anyone to attend this beautiful church, you will not be disappointed. I will be attending Mass again whenever I am in the area. Due to my heartwarming feelings, I have found my new church home away from home.”
