i was here today with my daughter birthday shopping, the worker ms. erica was super sweet and extremely helpful with assisting us. she connected very well with my little girl over the koromi and hello kitty stuff. overall the workers here appear to be trained to connect with the children in an appropriate and friendly manner. shout out to whoever manages the rockwall location for the wonderful employee experience

Don’t go for ear piercing because they will say they can do it and I drive all the way there all for the girl to say her computer doesn’t work not to mention when I walk in the store she’s no where to be found

I get that it's a boutique, so, that must explain the ridiculous prices for products you can find cheaper elsewhere. When we went, apparently only one employee was working and she was doing a piercing, so, we had to wait a bit.The employee was friendly and my daughter found some cute things she wanted for her birthday. That's why I gave 3 stars.
