We have been going here for a while.
Last time we took clothes there our jeans were starched so much they were like a brick. We could not even open the pant legs.
We gave them another chance. We told the front counter lady not to starch the jeans. They have so much starch in them again.
They don’t seem to listen!

I begin to use them recently. Very professional, excellent Service. The clothes were dry cleaned very well. Infact, I needed urgent help with my clothes as I am flying the next day. I went there late after the window for same day delivery. Still they were gracious enough to do a same day delivery for me knowing that its urgent. I hope it will continue to excel. Thank you Comet Cleaners Rockwall.

I use them all of the time and they always do a good job. Took a really old pea coat to get cleaned came back looking good as new and they even sewed on a missing button.

The web site says wash and fold service! I drove across town to get that service and the lady at the Counter said they don’t offer that service. Very disappointing

This place was great! I’m using them again today after they took my son’s wrinkled and dirty second hand jacket he found at a vintage store and made it look brand new in under 48 hours! Love it.

I’ve been coming to this Comet Cleaners for a couple of years and have spent a good amount of money here. A few days ago I picked up an order of about 40 pieces (a little over $300). While packing for vacation, I realized one of the dresses I paid for was missing. At pickup no one mentioned anything and the item count was read back as complete.
I called about 20 minutes before closing because we leave for vacation at 4 AM tomorrow. On that call I was told two things at the same time: they do have the dress, and the owner had split it out of my order because of a possible spot. None of that was communicated to me at pickup.
I offered to pay over the phone and send an Uber package pickup so we could get the dress tonight. I was told they would not take payment over the phone and the only way to get it was to show up before closing. We live in Rowlett, which is not possible in 15 minutes.
The person I spoke with was rude and unwilling to work with me. The end result is that I could not get a dress I assumed I had paid for despite offering a simple solution. Very poor customer service, and I am reconsidering whether I will use this location in the future.

JOEL SAVED MY WEDDING DRESS!!
Let me start by saying this review is quite delayed… during and after your wedding, time magically slips away so fast! I have owed Joel and this Comet location a review for a while now, so here it goes…
I got my wedding dress back from another alterations place the WEEK OF my wedding, and when I got it back, there was a big BLACK MARK on the front (again, the alterations and the black mark were from a different business- NOT Comet). I was frantic and being new to the area, I had no idea where to go, so I took a chance on Comet after seeing they had great reviews on some premium gowns/wedding dresses/etc. I walked in in tears and begging for a miracle. The sweet gal at the counter got Joel, and he assured me he could work magic. I let him know we were supposed to be flying out for our wedding in a couple days, and he stopped what he was doing, told me to hang tight, and he IMMEDIATELY started working on it. He miraculously fixed my wedding dress while I stood next to him, and he kept friendly conversation going asking about the wedding. After magically removing the black mark on the front of my dress, he then said congratulations and said “no charge- consider it a wedding gift”. I insisted on paying (I would have paid anything!), but he refused.
Not only was he able to fix my dress, he was so kind/reassuring, stopped to work on it immediately on a busy day, and then didn’t even charge for the service.
I have since recommended this cleaners to several new friends in the area, and will definitely be back! In fact, I’m taking my dress back to be cleaned post-wedding, and will certainly be paying!! ☺️

I've been using this place for years. Great service. Just FYI, no same day service on Saturdays. I respect the owners decision not to provide same day service on Saturdays. Employees start work at 3am to be home at a decent hour Saturday's to be with their family. Much respect. Thank you for the years of great service.

Comet Clean has been my go-to dry cleaner for a while now, and they never disappoint. Their service is always fast and reliable, with next-day pick-up that makes it super convenient. I’ve consistently had a great experience with them—everything comes back perfectly cleaned and well cared for. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality and efficiency!

I have yet to receive a return call from the manager regarding my missing blue Jean belt to my $100 “Madewell” Blue Jean Jacket. Prior to this event I loved COMET cleaners, but after this I must rescind my loyalty and find somewhere else to go. I only wore that jacket one time. 😫🥺 I had to call twice before I even received a call back. He said he’d call me after he reviewed video. I’ve received no call, no apology, nothing!
I hate to leave them, but feel like they don’t care.

I recently have 3pcs of comforters cleaned by comet cleaners. It was a mess in that the spongy stuff in my comforters was displaced from some places and overloaded in other places.

INCREDIBLE service! My wife and I are visiting and arrived later in the morning to see if we could have our clothes cleaned and pressed. Understandably they were only able to press my wife’s dresses and my shirts. Maria and Patricia were at the front helping us and went above and beyond to make sure we got our clothes asap! The owner Joel was very friendly and understanding considering our situation. Thank you so much!! Amazing customer service!
