INCREDIBLE service! My wife and I are visiting and arrived later in the morning to see if we could have our clothes cleaned and pressed. Understandably they were only able to press my wife’s dresses and my shirts. Maria and Patricia were at the front helping us and went above and beyond to make sure we got our clothes asap! The owner Joel was very friendly and understanding considering our situation. Thank you so much!! Amazing customer service!

I recently used comet cleaners in Rockwall for the 1st time. I included a brand new button up shirt I had just bought, in with my other worn clothes. It came back with what looks like a bleach stain on the cuff. Reached out to them. Provided a picture and was told someone would reach out. It’s been a month now with no response and a ruined $80 dress shirt.

I went the comet 2555 ridge this Saturday 7/6/2024 at 2.4pm the two ladies at the customer service they are very disrespectful they make me feel bad I know I have accent they make fun and feel like discriminated based of my accent I just want the manager to talk to this ladies to respect the custumer.

Was concerned about some of the reviews but gave it a shot anyways. Lady I spoke to last two times was pleasant, perhaps new staff or maybe people are just rude? Anyways give it a shot they did a nice job on my shirts

I want to like this place so badly. I’m local and like to support local places. This is my first bad review ever. I’ve been here several times and first this happened to a suit jacket of mine (ruined) and now it has happened to my wife’s pants. Buyer beware. It’s not cheap and I can’t have this happening to our clothes this often. I wish this wouldn’t happen, because the service and text notifications, etc have been great. Sadly, I’ll have to look elsewhere at this point.

Please save yourself the hardship ofselecting this location. Owner Joel was extremely rude after I brought to their attention my Suit Jacket was torn down the middle of the back and to the side. They failed to be honest & have integrity by advising me of their mistake. I understand mistakes happen although, it's how the owner and his staff treat paying customers. I was new to the area and hoped of finding.a great dry cleaners.Also, the girl with short black works the counter possibly named Alanna is rude and does Not show any customer service. I try to find positive in every obstacle so I would like to say the girl with blonde hair is kind, is the only one who thanks customers and says have a nice day. The owner needs to learn from her skills.
