I have bought many pairs glasses here and have no complaints. The prices are very competitive with most cheap eyeglass stores in town and they don't gouge you to death with the upcharge of progressive lenses.

Over the yearI have purchased many pairs of glasses s through Costco Optical. A number of times, such as the pair I just received, the lenses have to be redone. I don't generally have a problem with this as I have a somewhat challenging prescription. However, they have always taken time to ensure the glasses fit properly when I pick them. In the past they have sat down across from me and adjusted nose pieces and the ear pieces to ensure a secure fit. On my recent experience, all of this has changed. At my request the prescription was double checked (I was having difficulties adjusting to the new rx) and found to be accurate. However, when I asked if they were fitted correctly, I was given the response to do "the test". I was told to bend over and shake my head. Huh? Just because they don't fall off doesn't mean they aren't slipping down my nose a little.... which they were by the time I got home. Which means another trip to my eye doctor or back to Costco at a later date... UGH.

Did a terrible job on my daughters exam, 15 mins in the facility, which tells me it was not a very thorough exam! Charged different price than quoted.. filing report with TBO

Honestly my mom liked the optometrists which is a HUGE feat on its own, but these people were great got me in early and I love my glasses!
