I've had a lot difficulty with fraud on my account. No fault of the Credit Union. They have been helpful in working to alleviate the problems. I would recommend them without hesitation. It's one thing when they are good without any issues. It's another when they hang in there & even take care of you with issues.

Listen, reviews for me are a rare thing. But, I was amazed by my experience yesterday at CUTX. Luckily, I was with the Best Banker Ever! Janell Zacca completely Rocks! She took an unpleasant circumstance and turned it around and upside down until I was so completely satisfied it had me smiling the rest of my day and I'm still here thanking her for the time, expertise, and persistence. Janell Zacca was a huge help today when my husband and I went into the Rockwall branch. She addressed every issue we had, was knowledgeable, and helpful. She was kind and had a smile on her face the entire time. I will definitely request her next time I go in!
