The customer service this store provided, exceeded my expectations and deserves to be recognized for this. Very friendly, helpful. Knowledgeable and professional. Everything from selecting a phone, to a plan that fit my budget and ...selecting a durable case for my new phone. This will be my go to store for all my Cricket Wireless needs. Thank you!

If I could literally give zero stars I would. My boyfriend went to buy a new screen protector. He asked for a screen protector that would fit his phone thinking it was a 14. I would assume the store associate would have enough common sense given he works in A PHONE STORE to say hey actually your phone is a plus the regular won’t fit. He waited till we paid and was placing it on the phone for him to say “oh this is two small” . He not once said he was sorry or tried to offer a solution. He simply froze up and let us figure out ourselves. He needed to give us the correct size and comp it. Even his associate next to him told him “….and this time check the size ?”. This guy even tried to upsale him after messing up and insisting it’s on us and we’ll have to by other one. Or at least that’s what he pulled out of him. He simply couldn’t even make eye contact. That’s just very wrong on their part as a business.

So my mom is the primary on our account. She went in to remove just the hotspot from her phone. When the employee completely deactivated her phone and the phone was no longer working afterwards. All we wanted was to remove the hotspot. I ended up having to pay $100 dollars to get the phone turned back on and fix a EMPLOYEES mistake. When the mistake was brought to the employees attention he was very rude and disrespectful. I turned the store in and the employee. I will leave the cricket service and go to a different carrier. I believe I shouldn’t have had to pay $100 dollars to fix a EMPLOYEES MISTAKE. He never once apologized nor did he even try to help get the matter resolved his co-worker had to fix the problem for us because he refused to touch the phone ever again. I can guarantee I will be reporting the store and the employee to the better business bureau and I will be talking to the manager of the store.

I bought 2 phones here in full. Not only did they not inform me of the "6 month" waiting policy before a phone can be unlocked from Cricket but they also added insurance onto my phone policy without authorization. I suggest anyone that travels or is planning on switching from Cricket to not buy your phones from them and instead go directly to Apple or Samsung. Paloma was the rep I talked to on the phone, according to her she can't give out any info on her manager/supervisor. Not even when they will be at the store, it's just extremely shady. Cricket used to be a good company but they are just becoming another shady prepaid carrier, I'd suggest not giving this store or Cricket in general any of your business.

Even though I went in just for a small phone fix. Paloma and the crew were more than happy to help me out. I'm very satisfied with this Cricket Wireless location. Very friendly staff and they definitely know what they're doing! Well definitely go back for my next upgrade!
