Great gym! Dropped in while on work travel. Very friendly coach and class members. Had a solid workout. Will definitely return the next time I’m in town.

Joining CrossFit Heath a year ago was the best choice for my health I have made in years! Not only are the workouts killer, but the atmosphere in the gym is amazing! Immediately I felt right at home and knew I had found my place. The coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable, which makes even beginners feel confident.
