We moved to Texas in 2017 I found Crystal Garvin my realtor that I have used ever since and trust me when I say I have found a solid rock of a realtor. She is a solid rock. We were looking for a home with land and very specific things and she went through highs and lows with us, as we were living in a hotel during this time. There were plenty of tears (she don’t mind them) and plenty of laughs (those are always the best).
She finally went with us to go see a place that we had looked at and found, and it was just the house when you walk up to it, it’s the one. We went through all the purchasing processes with her then, several years later we were ready to sell due to another move. I called Crystal and she gladly said ‘I would be happy to help you sell your home again’ so we go through the processes of selling our home with Crystal as our realtor to represent us (first day on market-contract on house) and she’s been our realtor through another purchase and another sale (again, day 1 on market with a contract) She’s been there each and every time through the highs and lows. We have nothing but high recommendations for her. She will go through thick and thin with you too. You will never be let down with her by your side.
