Morningstar Storage is AMAZING. Amber is great and so helpful! We were able to get our storage on the phone with Amber and it was quick and easy! Amber is very nice and so understanding when it came to figuring out a plan for our move day. Amenities are great and very resourceful!

A couple months ago I rented a storage space for my business. I spoke with Amber and she helped me with setting everything up. Later that evening I tried to move into the 1st floor outside unit and was able to due to hump and the dolly would not roll over it.
The next morning a asked to cancel because I was unable to move anything in and Amber said okay.
2 weeks later, no refund, no cancellation emails, nothing. When I called and asked her about it said since I paid and moved in, the unit was mine for the month. I had to literally explain to her my every step trying to get my items in the unit and what I did and how I tried to maneuver into the unit and how it was not working for. After being frustrated I told her I was calling the corporate office because the situation was ridiculous. It was not until then, did she say she could refund me for the unused unit.

Ms. Nay (Store Manager) lied, over charged me, switched up the conversation we had in the office and when I reached out to a District Manager no one called me back about this situation.
I planned to move out and go to public storage and informed Ms. Nay of me wanting to move for a better rate and she did give me one except I was not supposed to be charged for the month of May. If I would've known I was going to be charged I would've went over to public storage like I originally planned.
I called the customer service Corp number spoke to 4 different representatives to complain about same situation and no one other than the manager (Amber Nay) called me back.
Speaking with Ms. Nay got me no where but frustrated. So I reached out to the corporate office for a better solution and I have not heard back from them at all as of today and it's been about 20 days since I complained 4 times.
All I want is my month of May to be free as Ms. Nay and I discussed as part of the promotion that was going on at the time. I will pay my insurance for the month of May, as she informed me it could not be waived and I will pay my monthly storage rent in June and going forward.

The staff at Morningstar is excellent in customer service! Their facility is open 24 hours. The facility is clean, neat, and safe.

Amber helped me get a storage unit that worked well in size and was very competitive with another storage in Rockwall. She gave me fantastic service and worked to make the entire experience easier.

Can get a little pricey but it's a good, climate controlled place to store stuff.
