And they make you pay another 9$ if you wanna scrub the back of your feet!!! So what is the classic pedicure is all about if you don't want to cut cuticles or scrub ....

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was! I only went in for my usual gel nails, no manicure, and honestly wasn’t expecting much—just a simple appointment. But the care and effort she put into her work completely surprised me. She didn’t rush, she took her time with every single nail, and the end result was absolutely flawless.
One of my nails is fake and the rest are natural, and in the past that’s always been noticeable at other salons. Not here. She blended it so perfectly that you truly cannot tell which one is the fake nail. It’s little details like that which show how much pride she takes in her work.
I’ve tried so many nail salons, including some very expensive ones, and always left feeling like I paid too much for average results. This experience was the complete opposite. The price was very reasonable, the salon was clean and welcoming, and the quality of work was honestly better than the pricey places. My nails look neat, clean, and beautiful—better than I’ve ever had before.
For me, it’s rare to find someone who combines both skill and care. This wasn’t just about getting my nails done; it felt like she genuinely wanted to make sure I walked out happy and confident with the result. I finally feel like I’ve found the place I can trust for my nails.
If you’re tired of bouncing around expensive salons and want someone who truly cares about giving you the best, I can’t recommend this spot enough. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

My husband and I had two pedicures today. They did such an amazing job. Our feet so much better. The products they use were felt wonderful. The hot stones were relaxing. We don’t get color on our nails but opted for the buff shine instead. I would absolutely recommend.

I’ve read your response—and I have to say, it’s full of contradictions and flat-out lies. Anyone who can read can see your timeline doesn’t add up. First, you claimed I tried to come back after 3 weeks, then you said it was 3 months. Which is it? Because I know exactly what happened.
Let’s be honest: I contacted you within days of my service because my nails were lifting. Stephanie told me to wait until Michael came back from vacation so he could fix them. I followed that instruction. I didn’t miss appointments—I was told to wait. Then when I finally came back, Stephanie suddenly “didn’t recall” offering to fix them for free. That’s not just poor service, that’s dishonesty.
You also denied offering a discount on a pedicure, which is another lie. Stephanie offered 60% off my next nail service and 30% off a pedicure after I asked for a refund. I didn’t make that up. I was trying to be patient and respectful, but your staff kept changing the story and dodging accountability.
Let’s not forget the damage done during services—drilling my nails to the nub instead of properly soaking off gel polish. That’s lazy and harmful, and I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced it.
I didn’t come to you for drama—I came for quality service and honesty. What I got was a bait-and-switch, broken promises, and a business that refuses to own its mistakes. Your response only confirmed what I already knew: Cute Nails is more concerned with saving face than serving customers.
Viewers, you’ve been warned. Don’t waste your time or money. Most of there good reviews are based off of their want to get a name In Their earlier years in the rockwall area ,but now their experience is how most nail shops are today - hurry up and pick a color so we can get to the next person's money.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE THEY CAN NOT DO NAILS I RATHER DRIVE TO DALLAS WHICH IS A 45 min DRIVE WITH ROCKWALL TRAFFIC THAN COME HERE

Terrible experience dealing with employees child! Kid was out of control and after waiting for 30 minutes to be taken care of, was asked to wait even longer due to a client needing extra time!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The nail tech name Michael seemed cool at first. He did my nails the first time and very well just to bait me in but after service became poorer with every visit. I got my nails and toes done and literally within 2 days my nails started lifting. I called and spoke to his wife Stephanie and she promised to redo nails but everyone I came in she or her staff could accommodate. I asked for my money back but rebuttaled with I will give you 60% off your next nail service. I still wasn't satisfied after just had paying my money for something didn't last even a whole week so she offered 30% off my next pedicure as well. I was really upset 😡 so at first I was like I refuse to pay more for something that I just paid for! She apologized and guaranteed me that I didn't have to get it right away but whenever I was ready just ask for her... maybe a month later I decided to take her up on her offer but of course she decides to change her offer. She didn't care what she offered or how disappointed and discouraged I had been due to their poor service. I promise you all this place absolutely made me give up on getting my nails done at anyone's nail salon again. I purposely went the entire month bare nails because I am sooooo tired of these kind shops taking our money for a half way job!! These type of shops has gotten lazy on us. They will drill your nail to the nub just to save them time from safely soaking the gel off. I know I'm not he only who has this complaint. Everytime I get a pedicure with gel polish drill my real nails down which causes them to break 🤬... doesn't gel suppose to be better for your nails and protect it to last??????? Viewers you have been warned... do not waste your hard earned money on a half way service and some lies.....
