If you like 30 minute call wait times with no answers, a staff with room temperature IQ’s, and your prescriptions never being in stock so they must transfer your prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street, this is the place for you! Staff is completely inept with no spacial audio awareness to phones that are ringing for minutes at a time and tell you with a smile there’s nothing they can do for you when they aren’t able to operate their pharmacy correctly. My advice to the store manager, close the pharmacy completely and become a convenience store. I never leave bad reviews but I absolutely had to after the horrible experience at this store. Save your time and mental well being and STEER CLEAR of this pharmacy.

I am forced to use thIs pharmacy for my insurance, otherwise I would never use this pharmacy. They randomly close thir drive thru and now they completely close down for lunch and it takes at least 10 min after they return At 2 to get waited on. Today they couldn't find my prescription I had gotten a text was ready. They offered to make it real quick however he only made it for 30 days not 90. He then said it would be another 15 to 20 min why???? I couldn't wait so I left and came back at 830 pm and drive thru was closed..2nd time in a month this happened to me and inside the line was at least 10 people deep. I would just do delivery but since my prescription doesn't cost much the charge is $8. They need to get it together!

I hate this pharmacy. My insurance forces me to use them for my prescription. They need more staff, service is so slow. Took several minutes for staff to acknowledge me, then to actually process and give me my prescription. I made a flu shot appointment online for the same time, to do both in one trip. The pharmacist took over 20 minutes to give me my shot, a process that should take <5 minutes. I almost left due to feeling ignored by the staff. Go to a different pharmacy if you can, customer service is non-existent here.

On Saturday 9-2-23 I the pharmacy was a little busy and I loved the energy both pharmacists had trying to assist everyone coming both inside of the store and drive thru. They both remained calm and professional and knew what needed to be done and even thanked customers for being patient. Ms Phyllis Evans

Wow, Rockwall Horizon CVS, just wow. Very disappointing to call for something as simple as a CVS to CVS transfer, wait on hold for 45 minutes, to finally give up due to lack of service. I called the one on Goliad and was able to get it done in less than a minute. What made it worse is that the Horizon store checked on me every 15 minutes to say "we'll get to you soon" but didn't stay on long enough to find out that all I had was a severely simple request. If this is typical service, I see why you only have 1.5 stars. I love CVS but will avoid this store going forward. I'd rather drive across town.

The fact that I make a online appointment here sense two days ago to get a covid test, and when I get here 30 mins prior to my appointment they tell me they can’t do it cause there is no a pharmacist that’s able to do it. Like where yall not train??? Then they told me that I have to cancel my appointment to go to heat cvs and they’ll do it over there.

I've been here for over two hours waiting to fill a prescription, sick with Covid, probably infecting the dozen or so people waiting in line behind me. They have one guy working here filling the scripts, answering the phones, doing the drop off, pick up, drive through and consults on a Saturday night. It was only 8pm when I got here! WTF!! Worst pharmacy I've ever been too.

I should not have to wait 45 minutes and still on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy. I'm so sick and I just need a prescription. How hard can this be? As I sit on this call I'm crying. I just need some help. They suck so bad that they should be shut down! I wish I had picked the one across town.

I've used this CVS for 1.5 yrs. I have never in my 40 years been so repeatedly disappointed from service. I won't blame the workers. The pharmacist. But CVS management is awful.
