Dear Cvs, your policy on prescriptions that are out of stock sucks! To wait till a sick person gets to your pharmacy, Waits in line for ridiculous amount of time, gets to the window and finds out that you knew all day long that you were out of that medication and did not let a doctor or the patient know. Just sucks. Bad service. And the pharmacy tech told me straight up that they don't have time to contact patients or doctors. Bad service.

Slowest service ever. Took 40 mins to get prescriptions inside. In drive thru takes 1+ hours. When you call you’re on a 30+ min hold. Tried to use goodRX for the first time to try and save $130 off a prescription, and they made me take an extra 30 mins waiting on other customers until they had time for me. Completely unprofessional and pharmacist is extremely rude. Always seem understaffed. I’m switching pharmacies if I’m staying in Rockwall.

Was in town visiting from Houston and I got a sore throat so came in to buy some Airborne and some throat drops. Glad they were open 24 hours!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY! The pharmacist Cheva literally made me cry the other night. He made me go through hoops for over an hour in person just to tell me he couldn't give me my medication or a loaner,which is the exact opposite of what the pharmacist said on Thursday. I've been going through withdrawals from Lexapro for 4 days now,and it's getting worse. They put the prescription back because they no longer take my insurance,but they never told me! 4th time this has occurred! Also, I just spoke with CVS Corporate and found out that thisnlocation is LYING! They Do take GoodRX, and Corporate looked into it and even said that ALL CVS locations are supposed to accept GoodRX. Instead of even finishing the transfer to Tom Thumb, Corporate just told me that the pharmacy manager put the Lexapro Generic perscription on hold, so they canceled the transfer to tom Thumb which is ILLEGAL. Yet Heath CVS TAKES GOODRX! He was a complete jerk and very rude, and I absolutely HATE this pharmacy and am writing to CVS Corporate AGAIN, and I'm contacting Epley, the District Store Manager. Tom Thumb can't even complete the prescription transfer that began on Thursday because Cheva cancelled the entire transfer AND decided to remove it from their pharmacy,which means the CVS in MI has to fill it. I'm in TX! Retail store is awesome, but this pharmacy manager, thr Assistant Pharmacy Managers, and everybody on that team has GOT TO GO! NEVER GO HERE.

I was shopping at this CVS yesterday and I was using the self checkout. I needed help so I pressed the help button on the screen and I waited more than 10 mins for a worker to help me. I saw 2 workers at the time that I pressed the button and both of them were just staring at me doing nothing to help and didn't even come over to see what the problem was. It was only when a 3rd worker came over that is when I got help. The worker that helped me was very rude.

The worst Pharmacy on the planet, I have been disabled for 20 years and take a lot of medications. If you try calling, you will be on hold for a minimum of a half an hour They will do nothing to help you if they are out of your medication, they will not check another store, they will do nothing Four times I have been shorted on a narcotic med I went back, they counted their medication or realized they were over and compensated for it Avoid this store at all cost The worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered other than a couple people

The Terrell CVS did not have my prescription in stock . They handed me my RX and said to call other CVS pharmacies to see if they have it. This is a RX I’ve been taking for years and have gotten it from this CVS. Now I’m on a wild goose chase calling CVS pharmacies to see if they have my RX in stock before I leave the country on Sunday. The worst customer service at Terrell CVS and Rockwall 24 hour CVS.

8 pharmacist working only one on a register and one on the window. Nobody picks up the phone been trying to call for 2 days with spending hours on hold. I drove up to cvs finally after being on hold for a hour when I saw 6 people sitting around chatting while the phone is ringing with people on hold and no one picking up. This by far has to be the worst ran pharmacy in all of Rockwall county.

The retail portion is amazing! Sweet staff always willing to help…. The pharmacy however… AWFUL. Everytime I come there’s always something wrong. The assistants and the pharmacist truly show on their faces and actions that they could care less about anyone and do not want to be there. It has gotten to the point where I have switched pharmacies because I could not deal with the disrespect anymore.

Had a scheduled Flu vaccination at 6:30am. Arrived at 6:15. Pharmacist was very irritate, said I had to reschedule because he was the only one there. There was only two other people there and he was overwhelmed. There were no appointments until after 8pm that day. The pharmacist was unprofessional. Will not be returning to the store.

Pharmacy staff is the worst! I always have a hard time reaching someone to check status on my prescription. Yes I use the automated & app but sometimes doesn’t give the info I need. I was just left on hold for 30min & I called back & nothing. I’ve been trying to reach them 2x within a couple of days & no one ever answers. I’m be never had problems with cvs pharmacy until I moved to this area. I may have to just switch to Walgreens. So disappointed.

If I could give them less stars I would. 40 min hold time, finally get ahold of someone and then get put on hold for another 20 mins. They don’t call to tell you your prescription isn’t covered by insurance instead they don’t fill it and make you think it needs to be ordered. Only to find out they have had it all along. Go to pick up said prescription and one person working and waiting in the line for an hour. Do I blame the person working. No I blame corporate for not giving them enough hours to have another employee working at night. What a joke!
