I admit I was hesitant to order after reading reviews but I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase. A dear friend had to put her dog down and I wanted to do something for her quickly. I submitted an order for a large arrangement at 2am for pickup by 1pm. Less than 12 hours and it was not just ready on time but I was exactly as pictured. Beautiful arrangement and fruit was fresh. I will 100% order again. God bless this sweet lady doing her best to fill orders all by herself.
I don’t know her personally and have avoided this store for years because of bad reviews. So I felt compelled to let everyone know about my experience. I never leave reviews… but hope others will give this store a chance if you’ve been hesitant too. 🥰

Purchased a delivery for my mother’s birthday. They cancelled my order 30 minutes later and stated they would refund my money. I have yet to receive my refund and it’s now May the 16th. I submitted 3 requests online for my refund and have yet to hear back from this location. Will not recommend this location.

My friend ordered me some Chocolate covered strawberries and regular strawberries and Friday 3/21. The strawberries were not fresh and had mold on them on Saturday morning. Fresh strawberries do not mold in one day of receiving. I had to throw them away. So sad that they charge a lot of money for fruit arrangements and they are definitely not fresh.

Id give zero stars if possible. I made an order online wednesday and was given the run around all day by customer service. The location says they never got my order. Then I was told by 4pm then I was told by 5 pm. I requested a return that they said they will process but still haven't gotten my return. Do not order from this place.

I placed an order online here in Washington State, and they had it delivered within less than an hour. It was just as the pictures showed absolutely amazing. They even called me to let me know the order had been delivered personally. I will continue to order from them for all my friends and family back there in rockwall, texas

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever, I placed an order 3 days prior and paid in full, order has been out for delivery since 4pm and it's 9pm now, it's still showing 7 stops away. Nobody will pick up the phone since 1pm. No communication, this is a huge stain to this BRAND, I can NEVER recommend!!!

I should have looked at the reviews/rating prior to ordering. Unfortunately, it didn’t. So, it’s my fault for placing an online order expecting my Valentine’s order would have been delivered to my wife at her work before the end of her work day. While I applaud them for realizing they needed the assistance of Uber Eats to deliver the gift, I wish they had the foresight to ask for HELP earlier in the day ensuring a TIMELY delivery. The 1-star rating …. Poor management.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE STORE IN THE HISTORY OF THESE FRANCHISE STORES. I PLACED AN ORDER AT NOON FOR DELIVERY IT GAVE ME THE OPTION FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE AT 8:30P STATING MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED! NO REASON OR EXPLANATION ON WHY IT WAS CANCELLED. I BEGAN CALLING THE STORE THAT RECEIVED MY ORDER. STORE 329 IN ROCKWALL NEVER ANSWERED MY CALL. I CALLED FOR A HOUR STRAIGHT. I'M ACTUALLY CALLING WHILE I'M TYPING THIS MESSAGE. NO ANSWER EVER. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! ALL THE REVIEWS I'VE READ ARE JUST AS DISSAPPOINTING AS MINE. SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!! WORSE STORE EVER!!!!!

Do not buy from this store. Customer service is horrible. You can order but you will not receive what you ordered. They do not care about satisfaction. They will give you something you don’t like or what they want to give. It will not look like the picture online at all. Very disappointing to know management don’t care. This place is horrible. Don’t buy from Rockwall location.

Appears the same thing happened to myself as several others. I paid the most expensive shipping for the 1 hour delivery. It was almost 4 hours. I called and called. No one ever answered OR returned my VM message I left. Very poor customer service. I also put in a attempt with EA customer service and no one ever reached out to me. So they are charging extra money and taking it and not delivering the services paid for.

Issue with online delivery order. Claudia was awesome about reaching to me and handling the situation. Receiver was super happy, said order was wonderful looking and also said delivery gentlemen was super awesome as well!
