Twice Enterprise Rockwall (I-30) location has exceeded my expectations. First I got a free and unexpected ride from the collision place to the rental location from one of the Enterprise reps, which saved me who knows how long waiting for hubby to give me a ride. Then ........ I ran out of gas yesterday - totally my fault - but right in front of their store and yes it was every bit of 100 degrees out. One of the store managers kindly drove to the gas station, bought gas and got me back on the road again, all with a big smile and great attitude! During what I'm sure is one of their busiest weeks. Thank you Enterprise Rockwall!

Difficult to deal with. Not flexible when it comes to picking up rental car. Don’t believe they have a big selection based of there demand.

If you don't have a credit card and are from "out of town" then their Corporate Policy makes them treat you like you don't exist.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Kept me on hold for 7 minutes and hung up on me. Kept me on hold again for over 15 minutes and hung up on me. Not to mention all the problems with the car my mom rented. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!

I like enterprise because they picked us up from our apartment. And they will come get it too I think. Cars are clean and even with high demand for them now, they try to get you into a car you prefer. Getting the car is easy enough. They have ample employees to assist multiple customers at once.

The service on a busy Monday was fairly efficient at the Rockwall office. The only reason for 4 stars was for the rush in getting a car out that a proper clean was not completed. I found a eat apple core left in the driver side door panel. Attention to detail and cleaning as to their standards is important given current health issues still with us.

Ridiculous website that will allow you to book a car at a location that's not actually there anymore, so when you arrive to pick up your car, you're directed to another location by a paper sign on the door. Brilliant work Enterprise!
