I called a couple of hours ago because my truck was ready for pick up from Caliber Collision in Wylie. I had gone in to Caliber Collision about a week ago with a rental reservation for the Enterprise rental in Wylie, email proof on phone. Whomever Caliber Collision talked to told them my reservation was with Rockwall and I would have to wait on them to bring me a car, so I waited about 2 hours for a car. Today I called Rockwall Enterprise to let them know I was going to get my truck and drop off the rental. The lady immediately cut me off and asked for my phone number, I started to tell why I was calling again and I got almost a word out and she cut me off again saying the phone number didn't come up. She asked how she could help me and I asked her if I was going to be allowed to speak. I started talking again and she again cut me off and asked if there was another number I might have put it under. She did not want to hear what I had to say. It was very tense, I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager. I said if I was allowed to speak I could explain what was going on and finally got to tell her about the Rockwall/Wylie deal. Finally she asked for my last name and I gave it to her and she was able to find my reservation at the Sachse Enterprise!! Well I have no idea how it went to the Sachse Enterprise, but I was glad my interaction with her was almost over. I asked her if I could leave the car at Calliber Collision Wylie and she said I had to go to the place I rented it. Again, just trying to assert her power or authority over me. So I called Calliber Collision and asked them about dropping off the car and they said I could just leave it with them, they said Enterprise always comes and picks it up and they were not sure why she was acting like that! So long story, I will never rent from Rockwall again! I have never, ever been cut off so aggressively over and over! She did not care what I had to say or whether she helped me or not! Her attitude never changed from aggressive even when she found out my rental came from Sachse and I would never have known that. I can't be the first person she has treated like this! I hope her superiors evaluate her customer service. She doesn't enjoy her job.

I rented a car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rockwall, TX in June of 2023 and I returned it there on 6/12/23. There had been a hailstorm in the area the night before. When inspecting the car for damage with the retail agent, he noted 2 minor dings on the car, (I could only see 1). The next day, on 06/13/2023, there was another hailstorm at the rental location with 1 inch plus size hail. On 6/23/2023 I received a bill from Enterprise for $1,029.50. The invoice included damage that was not found by the agent when we inspected the vehicle. I believe I am being charged for additional dings that occurred to the vehicle the day after I returned it, or later. The damage documentation submitted by Enterprise includes hi-tech photographic evidence. Without the presence of similar photographs of the vehicle prior to my rental, this evidence is meaningless. Photographs that I took when returning the vehicle do not show the damage they are charging me for. I do not believe this is an honest mistake. Enterprise is knowingly charging me for damage for which I am not responsible. Nine months later and no one at Enterprise has been willing to discuss this.

USAA confirmed my reservation with Enterprise for a recent accident. The associate that met me at the collision center was great. He walked through all the details with me and was extremely professional. We opted into a larger vehicle and were told it would be able $10 a day out of pocket which would be mostly covered by my $150 deposit. When it came time to return the rental, nothing was easy. Kolby was extremely difficult to work with. She attempted to charge $290. When I questioned the amount, she become combative and continued to tell me that I was not understanding how credit card holds work. After a couple days of communication, they agreed to reduce the amount owed due to "not understanding why my original contract said my rental was less than it should have been." My final communication with Kolby consisted of her telling me that I ate through my deposit and owed $190. I asked what my total out of pocket was and she kept repeating slowly, "$190". I asked how it was still $190 when I paid a $150 deposit. All she could say was "your rental ate through the deposit." So my understand was I ate through the $150, and I owe $190, so my rental cost $340. She took that understanding as argumentative and offered for me to speak to someone else. The line disconnected and she called back to say, "I'm not sure if you are hanging up on me, but I'm the manager so there is no one else to speak to." Then why the heck did you offer for me to speak to someone else?! In the end, she informed me that she was only calling to tell me she already charge my card. So I hung up, checked my bank, and to my surprise (not really because I understand simple math) I was only charge $40 in addition to the $150 deposit I already paid. By far the worst customer service experience. How Kolby is the manager? I have no clue. Thank you for telling me, "you are not understanding how credit cards and rental charges work." Based on my $40 charge, turns out you don't know how credit cards and rental charges work.

Me & my Husband use this Enterprise regularly for his job. Floyd seems to always be the person that is helping us, he always has great customer service, quick in and out time & he always make sure that we are taken care of.

A big shoutout to Treyvon, who picked me up from a local body shop. He was very professional and friendly during our drive to Enterprise. He took care of me and got me into my rental car quickly. From his customer service alone, I would come back and recommend to a friend. Thank you, Treyvon!

BEWARE JOSH AND COLBY ARE TWO FACED LIARS THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WITH THIER VERBAL STATEMENTS OF UPGRADING MY VEHICLE FOR SAME AS MID CAR BECAUSE THE CAR I RESERVED WAS NOT READY THEY TRICKED ME WITH THEIR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE I HEARD $2.99 OUT BY THE LOUD FREEWAY but was charged$22.99 PER DAY THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS Why can’t they talk to you and tell you everything inside no they take you out by the loud highway put you in the car and ask you if everything‘s OK NO it’s not OK I am going to tell everyone I know what These people did to me. They definitely took advantage of me. They also sold my phone number I have been getting solicited calls since enterprise got my number.

The whole team here was so nice, and very accommodating from pick up to drop off. Treyvon helped us with our drop off and he was the sweetest, great customer service and made our drop off super quick!

I had booked a reservation with another rental car place and when I arrived they didn't have a car for me. I went to this enterprise in Rockwall and they did absolutely everything they could to make sure I left with a vehicle. They were beyond helpful and made a lifetime customer. I will recommend them to any and everyone that is looking to rent a car.

I’ve been coming to the Rockwall location for 2 years now and not having been in almost a year to walk in and still get phenomenal customer service from the branch manager Xavier is nothing less than amazing! He remembered who I was after not seeing me in quite some time, that’s what you call building rapport with your customer! Even with the new team I can tell that he is doing well with making sure they all match his quality of care! From the lot attendants making sure my car was spotless and tires shining, to the front office! I’m shocked he isn’t an Area or Regional manager by now his service is unmatched and I’ve been to quite a few Enterprises in other states as well! Not to mention I’ve worked for one about 20 years ago. I appreciate the continued great service and high quality customer service standards Rockwall location continues to bring under Xavier leadership! Thank you! You are highly appreciated.

Everyone at the Rockwall location is professional, kind and very, very patient! I rent ever week and this is a very busy location. They handle each customer with the greatest respect and you would never know how exhausted they must be. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Enterprise for taking care of me for the last 4 years! Rockwall Rocks!
