I recently had a disappointing experience at this gas station. The cashier was engrossed in a phone call and failed to acknowledge or greet me as a customer. He didn’t even inform me about the price of my item. If I hadn’t already purchased the gas, I wouldn’t have given this location my business. This experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. My money and present should be welcome just like anyone else’s. I also should be greeted just like anyone else as well as thanked for my business. perhaps she should be notified that this gas station is Giving them a bad name. For those who are interested, perhaps you should copy your complaints and send them to Shell as well

DO NOT GO!!, if you take time to go there expect it to go 50% bad or 50% good.. they need help n' management! it isn't the female with glasses and tattoos it's the business and how they run things as a "business" customer service!Anyone should know my last name and should know reputation comes behind any business with IMBURGIA in it. hope u listen to ME

Always slow service inside. Was told recently by the cashier that "you can just wait" while she had a conversation with a coworker as I stood at the counter. No respect for my time, Will not return.

The owners and staff are always wonderful to my whole family. Always nice and the kitchen staff as well! Love that the store is always clean and so close!

The front door says open until 10pm. I'm at the front door slightly before 9pm and the old Asian guy acting like he don't see me at the locked door. Then he turn out the lights like am I supposed to believe they are on a timer or something. "You got an hour left to go" my guy. Asian guy went home early and I have to go somewhere else. Just lost a customer for that little shenanigans. Never thought I would see this in Rockwall.
