The people who answered the phone, I’m assuming Walgreens associates were super rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could get something printed like a resume and they acted like it was a chore.

I called the 800 number and it kept sending in loops. I asked to speak to a rep and it said I can not send you to a rep with this information and hung up. I hate AI customer service people should be paid to answer customer questions not a computer that always acts lost.

Took in an odd shaped item to return via fedex. The helpful young man wrapped it all up for me to ensure it was shipped without any damage. He was super helpful and polite!
