I wish I can give a zero on the review. I paid for a next day delivery to send a package to my son and it didn’t get there the next day, hopefully by tomorrow.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I needed a time sensitive envelope sent express overnight and I arrived at the Fed Ex location 10 minutes before the last pick up time. I had to wait 25 minutes to be helped, there were employees walking by me and not acknowledging my presence, and by the time I was assisted, it was too late to send it express. This is a very expensive test and it needed to be at the Dept of Health in Austin within 24 hours of doing the test. Now, it won't get there until Monday which is 72 hours and the test will not be able to be done. So now we will have to have the mother bring her infant back to the doctors office and take blood from her again. That is excruciating for a new mother to see and hear her infant crying while we stuck needles in the baby to draw blood and now we will have to do it all over again, if it's not too late. This was time sensitive! That is not acceptable! This is not acceptable from Fed Ex and Office Depot. I could have got it there in time if someone would have taken care of me in a timely fashion. Terrible service! Next time I'll use UPS.

Would not recommend if you don't have a pre-printed label. They actually recommended that I go to USPS to ship my package.

I went there to mail a small package off today and the girl behind the counter told me it was $50. I told her that I usually pay about $11-14. And that I mailed a huge package during Christmas that was $60 so how is this small package $50. She didn’t give me an answer and just said it was $50. I will not be returning to mail or ship at this store. Complete rip-off
