I recently had a notebook made at the FedEx location in Rockwall, and I can't express how pleased I am with the experience! Pam, the associate who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and sweet throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent suggestions that made my notebook exactly what I wanted. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Pam—she's a gem!

Made experience quick, painless and got me right back to what my time needed to be dedicated to, out the door and down the road to the next fire waiting to be put out!! Thank you for being an asset and not another sponge sucking the life and money out of people like has become commonplace in today's world.... Efficient but unassuming with very competitive pricing. Slightly smaller than my regular sites, so I don't want to speculate what happens when there is a customer surge.

I frequent this location for work related services for the company I work for. Sally is always upbeat and fun to work with. She knows her stuff and goes above and beyond to help her customers. She could be swamped and still asks how my day has been going. She also gives suggestions for services to make my experience even more efficient. It is easy to see how much Sally loves working for FedEx and loves her customers.

The older lady was rude and inconsiderate. Pam (assistant manager) kept shaking her head in disbelief at some of the stuff the older lady kept saying to me. Yet, Pam (assistant manager) never felt compelled to take action. Spineless.

I’ve visited this location a few times and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Austin all of them. He consistently goes above and beyond to make my experience excellent! Printing through FedEx was something that I was originally hesitant to do but after the first time, Austin helped me to understand all of the various options & exactly how they could suit my individual printing needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable and his customer service skills are top-tier! Although there are a number of other places that offer printing services, none of them have an Austin R & for that reason I will continue to bring my business to this location loyally.
