Took my van to this location to have Ac inspected . They gave me a quote for over $1300 I needed to fix it and they gave me a $1100 they fix it Took it home to find out my van was pouring oil on my driveway . Took it back to them and they charged me $900 more to repair it evento they were the ones damaging it .

Ask for Jake, guy is fantastic super helpful and they didn’t heckle me for having a Tesla and doing the inspection (whereas other shops were giving me a hard time about it, kinda weird cause I’m a huge car / gas vehicle guy just happen to own a Tesla) anyways our car is nearly new and I would still entrust these guys with it. Will be back in the future

I used my Firestone credit card and associate reminded me of thhe six month no interest plan and what happens if not paid in full at the end fo the six months. That info was very helpfull and beneficial to me.
Greatly appreciated that . They did all this work in one day. New tires, all shcks , oil change , front end alignment and radiator flush.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went In for a simple brake and tire check, should take 20-30 minutes. I went In last week and made an appointment because they were booked. Appointment was for 9 am, at 11am I asked when my truck would be looked at they said next. At 11:45 my truck still was parked at the back and had not been looked at. I decided to speak to another representative who ended up being the manager. Manager said "unfortunately your car is not a priority".
Why are you making appointments if you can’t get to them in a timely manner. If this is how you run a business maybe you shouldn’t be running one.
Also Why are you letting mechanics smoke in the bay. With some of the staff there so rude maybe they shouldn’t be speaking to customers.

I went to another Firestone. New tires but a bad alignment. I took the truck here and they got the alignment perfect now.

Terrible service! Waited over 3 hours and Bill was not helpful at all. When I need new tires, I will definitely be going somewhere else.

I like this location. All the people that work up front, the manager and the service advisers , they're all nice friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The techs take care of you car, like it's their own car. I live about 23 miles from this location, u and pass four other firestones to go to the rockwall location because I trust them.

I will share my experience. I had a check engine light and took my car to have a free diagnostic. Which indicated a solenoid was malfunctioning. There was a recommendation to replace both and the Napa part cost was about $50 each. I took the care to Firestone for the repair. I requested the part to be replaced, an alignment (i have a lifetime alignment with them), tires to be rotated, a tire to be patched and repair a fog light that wasn't working.
I was not terribly surprised they charged me $169 each for the part (over 300% markup from retail), plus labor. They also were unable to accept the printed diagnostic I provided and charged me $120 to get the exact same information.
I declined an oil change as I still had about 30% life before my next was due. I received a phone call telling me they needed to change the oil because the solenoid controlled oil intake and should have fresh oil on the new part. I accepted this explanation and agreed to the oil change. I was also told the tire could not be patched and needed to be replaced as well as my 2 front tires need to be replaced because there is less than 12,000 miles on the tires they are recommending to be replaced. I checked the tread and the tires are in the expected condition for 12,000 miles of usage. I took the tire to a different provider and it was repaired. Firestone recommended a few thousand dollars of work that should be done. This was surprising because at my last alignment in January of this year a different Firestone location had no recommended repairs.
Here is my biggest complaint. The tire rotation appeared on my invoice as completed- this was a no charge service. The tires were NOT rotated. I am certain of this as the tire that needed to be patched was in the same place. So, now I question the integrity of all the work that was done. Even though there was no cost, I was told it was done and it was not. I called the store with my concerns. The gentleman on the phone told me there was absolutely no integrity issues at their location. Perhaps the gentleman was unfamiliar with the definition of integrity. In my opinion identifying a task complete which was not done, is either negligent or dishonest - both would be a lack of integrity. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location.

I was able to make tire appointment online. Process was trivial. I received a quick phone call from Firestone to confirm appointment and to go over order. The next day I showed up for appointment and car was taken immediately. Excellent service. Finished in 3 hours.
