These guys are really good. Excellent. Beautiful work! They were courteous a kept the work area clean. I’m thrilled with the job and will be having them back to do other rooms in my house! The flooring looks like the house was built with it. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. Floors are still not fixed from 2021. Friends had similar bad experience. I do not recommend.

Great sales rep. Christi worked hard to make the sale. Unfortunately, when this company requures all $ to be paid up front before a job begins, I decided to go elsewhere. Just not a good way to do business

I had Luxury Vinyl Flooring installed and have been unable to get Shawn to keep his word about making some corrections. A gap in the Flooring in front of the toilet, the base board cut too long and the bathroom vanity does not butt against the wall, and a mark (maybe a scratch) where the fridge was moved where putting things back together. I promptly paid and Shawn, the Frisco store manager, continues to promise to come by and make these few quick fixes but never follows through. I've emailed the owner, Sharif Asad, and got no response. What's more frustrating is the fact that I got their information from the KRLD Consumer Team. I have even reached out to them to no avail. The Flooring was installed in my mom's house, after she was taken advantage of by another contractor who took ALL her money and did only half the work. I paid to have the flooring redone since the loose laminate flooring was unsafe for my 76 year old mother.
