For my mom’s birthday, I ordered the Katy Deluxe, and at first I was disappointed because I couldn’t really tell the difference between the deluxe and the regular “as shown” arrangement. I reviewed with my concern, and they responded incredibly quickly. They were so kind, understanding, and generous—they even refunded the price difference without any hassle.
