The service was great and my burrito was off the chain. I like the chips being bagged for the queso. They were crispy and tasted surprisingly fresh. Keep up the great work in Rockwall, Texas!

Hard to find good quality food in Rockwall this place is no exception. Rice was so hard I couldn't hardly eat the Burrito. Instead of sauce on the side they put 3 different sauces on the Burrito. No greeting customer as you walk in, no sense of urgency, no pride in how they put your order together. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Pulled up and one of the workers was throwing a dirty plunger on the wall by the food over and over again. The other workers all watched. Then he started swinging it over the food. We order from here frequently, but I will not be ordering from here anymore. This is absolutely disgusting. This place has gone downhill.

First red flag was we were the only ones there at 5:30 on a Friday night. Aggressively average food. Looked like it was old and drying out. Tortilla chips were served in a sealed plastic bag. Bad service. Menu on website is different than in store. When we asked the staff about the online menu, they had no idea what we were talking about.

Freebirds World Burrito offers a decent burrito experience, but I found myself wishing for more flavor in the meats and sauces. While the customizable options are a plus, a little extra kick in taste would elevate the overall experience.Despite the flavor aspect, the service was good, and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you're looking for a quick and customizable burrito fix, Freebirds might be worth a try. With a bit more emphasis on flavor, it could easily become a standout spot.

No one greeted us as we walked in and waited for them to fulfill online orders. The food looked old and the whole restaurant was like a meat locker. We will not return. Awful.

I have been eating at Freebirds for multiple years and I don't ever plan on stopping. Andrew, Chrystine, and Ash make this restaurant better than any other I've ever been to. Thank you all for your hard work and keep it up!Dietary restrictions: I really like how the restaurant has options for different diet plans as well as a vegan option for people who don't like meat! Seriously, this place is the best!

Dirty and unkept. My husband and I visited the Rockwall store on Sun. When we entered there was one family in the restaurant just finishing their meal and my husband and I was in line to order. I was immediately disappointed when the area that the food is kept to build your burrito was FILTHY! Bean liquid and meats were all over the area. Now I could see if it was a rush of people so there wasn't time to clean....BUT, there was at least five employees standing behind the counter talking!!! I chose not to order because of the sanitation concerns, my husband ordered anyway because he was trying to see the football game. You all really must do better!

It took over an hour to receive two burritos that were mostly rice..might have had 10 tiny pieces of chicken in it amd the texture had me wondering if it was even cooked all the way. ? and they were cold so I had to reheat them. It'd been bad the last two times we have ordered delivery.
