USE THIS BANK!!!! A+++++ normally I’m not a fan of banks whatsoever, they’re mechanical and for themselves. This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where it’s 100% the opposite.
It’s not just about knowing who you are when you walk in, they also know your business, know exactly how to help you, and to arguably are the only bank I’ve ever used that actually has your back.
I have to mention why I even use Frost,
Michelle Knight, she’s the reason I even give them my business. I wouldn’t bank there if it wasn’t for her.
I used to bank with another company (a local small bank) and I followed Michelle to Frost because of her exceptional customer service. I’m not talking just a friendly demeanor and smile, this is a business banker who KNOWS HER BUSINESS!!
She’s gone above and beyond for me whenever there’s been an issue, or something that needs to be done in a time crunch, she makes sure it’s done.
She’s gotten on the phone and solved more problems than I can count while I’ve sat in her office.
She’s guided me to the right services every time, and she’s answered questions with real applicable answers not fluff.
I run multiple big companies and there’s no chance I’d have gone to Frost if it wasn’t for Michelle. My wife and I trust her, trust the bank and trust that no matter what it’s the right place for us to be.
If you’re at any bank other than this place, you’re at the wrong bank.

Michelle Knight is our knight in shining armor! She has been more than accommodating and helpful in ways we didn't think bankers would be. Michell Knight is absolutely amazing and proof that dreams can come true. If you are a small business and looking for a Great bank, please go see Michelle. she is amazing supportive and will help you through any situation you may have. We had been with a bank for 20 years and kept being told no, even after getting credit score up and paying off debts. Invested all our money in a business and she helped us buy our first truck. If I could give him a zero, I would. They sold me two money orders. They plainly have not been cashed they’ve been sent back took my drivers license have all my information they know I bought them don’t wanna give me my money back basically telling me oh well you’re out 50 bucks $50 yeah I wouldn’t use this bank for anything in the world. They are zero help. They don’t mind taking your money but when it comes to helping you out don’t even bother and Myra the assistant is an idiot.

I had a inside banker short me on a transaction. I ask for a full review of the incedent but never was called by upper management to review the camera transaction. Not a good place to bank. Jiovani Vargas is not an honest man.
