honestly i don’t know where to start with this place !! the worse experience i ever had !! bought a brand new fifth wheeler from them everything went well until they got my money !!? So me being in Michigan bought the unit from them and i told them that i would trust them no need for me to fly there to inspect the unit because it’s brand new and they promised me that they will make sure they do full inspection to make sure everything works and looks good !!! so i hire a company to transport it to my location ones there i couldn’t believe what i saw ? let’s start with molding at the entry doors were rotten at the bottom like it was water sitting there for a while/my recliner had a tear on it couldn’t miss it/ my cabinet hinges where out like ripped out / my steps were lose / my outside shower was missing the spray handle /my heater in the bedroom wasn’t working i get on the bottom to find out the vent wasn’t hooked up at all / the rest were on ,other vent missing a clamp they just pushed it in and left it i had to fix that as well !! then my black tank was missing the handle / my steps in the front entrance missing screws !! i can go on and on when i called fun town RV i keep getting bounced from one person to another,and no returning phone calls at all ! ones they got my money they didn’t seem to care all i asked them is to send someone to correct the issues nothing more ! apparently that was to much no matter what they didn’t care to do anything about it !.. Now i am working with factory direct to correct problems hopefully they will resolve the rest of the issues i have !!! all i have to say is shame on fun town rv you just lost a good costumer and i will be sharing my experience with everyone, your word means nothing to me !!! if anyone shops there hire a professional to inspect your unit so you don’t run into the problems like i have !!!! best advice shop somewhere else!!!

I bought my RV from Funtown I am new to RVS the customer service over there from the front door was perfect they explained everything to me show me what my best options are had me set up with insurance with a holler to set up my RV at my location of choice my sales rep is a number one

Buying process was hassle free and great service the day we picked up. Unfortunately, the great or even subpar service ended there. We purchased a new Apex Nano in May 2023 and have had one of about 10 items serviced since. Three of those items were listed to be fixed on our sale documents, others were repairs to items that ended up being poor equipment over the next few months. They kept the trailer for two weeks in October 2023 and fixed one item (not an item listed on the sale). We cant even get new copies of the keys which broke. Then we never got a call or email back to reschedule for the other repairs. We were blown off by two different service reps in October 2023 and in January 2024 who are no longer there. A week ago we spoke to “new service team members and told June 2024 at earliest, when we pushed back they said they would try for sooner. When they called to schedule us they are saying mid-April at earliest. A month from now and 1-2 days for options to bring it in and wait because they won’t keep them overnight and they won’t be able to fix everything at one time. We’ve waited 10+ months for part of the repairs and 6+ months for the others. I’ve requested twice now for a GM to call me and nothing but crickets. Most disappointing $40k we’ve ever spent. Additionally, when they had it in October 2023 for two weeks, when I picked it up they literally gave me someone else’s RV. It was the same brand, slightly larger, but obviously not ours. I actually had to argue with two people to get them to go find my RV vs the one they pulled up and tried to give me. What if I had taken it? When would they have noticed they gave me the wrong one? Crazy Town is more like it.

This shop/repair is the worst of the worst!!Brought my travel trailer in to be fixed after waiting 2 1/2 months for appointment.My trailer was leaking from everywhere and was told it was fixed only to see they put a used toilet in and used battery. Brought trailer back to rv spot and hook up and turned on water and the trailer is leaking worse then I brought in. I have tried contacting management and have gotten no response and the Rv Town in Denton where I bought has also tried to get in touch with them and they have gotten no response.This place is so disrespectful. Beware when bringing your trailer for repair to this place!!!

We ordered our Brinkley Z 3610 here, and picked it up in early December. Bonner Lovern was the sales rep we worked with, and we were very happy with the experience. Bonner was very helpful and accommodating in answering our many, many questions and went above and beyond in helping make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our very first RV. The General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager all made a point of meeting us before we completed our order and all were very helpful. We're very pleased with the fair price and the follow-through and highly recommend this dealership and Bonner in particular.

Absolutely horrible. Bonner my sales rep was fantastic but outside of that it was horrible. Service department doesn't know the rv. Told me so many things wrong about my 2023 heartland milestone 386. Just completely incompetent. Would not recommend.

We recently inspected a 2024 Brinkley Z 3610 at Fun Town RV Dallas. Bonner Lovern was the Salesperson and as we identified issues, he had a Technician address them promptly. The client was pleased and we look forward to our next inspection at Fun Town RV Dallas!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy an RV from Funtown. It takes 3 months to get into the service center and I guarantee your RV is going to break down at some point and you will need service.. On my most recent visit, they were supposed to fix my tongue jack. I went to pick it up and it worked, I drove 3 hours away to my resort and it stopped working. Called back and they couldn't get me in for 3 more months.

I have not purchased an RV yet, but I want to give a big shout out to Cody Mills. I walked in on a rainy day, threw all my requirements at him, and he responded by looking for the models that matched my needs. He conversed pleasantly, was not fazed by the rain, and answered all our questions with a smile. Thank you, Cody - you're doing a great job!

We just purchased our first travel trailer from Funtown RV. Everyone has openly communicated with us throughout the entire process. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Cody though, our salesman. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and he knew the exact camper to show us! He was completely honest with us throughout the whole process so there was not any surprises. They have ensured any and all small issue were worked through and corrected. We pre-planned a camping trip for the evening we were picking it up and they did everything in their power to get us set up and out the door. (Even knowing that required them to stay late). Also, being a family of 5, safety was our biggest thing and they made sure the trailer was 110% ready for the road. They walked us through everything and made sure we were educated on everything and troubleshooting. Cody even had us text him when we made it safely to our destination as it was our first time driving with a travel trailer. I will be recommending any family and friends to Funtown (especially Cody)! We will never use anyone else in the future! The whole team was been a pleasure to work with!

We are new to the RV World. Had an idea in mind of what we needed and went to Fun Town in Fate and worked with Corey Schexnayder. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us. We found the unit we wanted had our own financing and they were very easy to work with getting us what we needed for the credit union. When we picked up the RV they did a walk around with us showing us how to use everything and recommended we video it so we can always go back and reference. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them.

I will forever take my business here when it comes to shopping for camper and I recommend it to everyone I meet. Our sales person Micheal was awesome and he allowed us to look around and get an idea of what we wanted. He helped us find something in our price range with payments we are extremely happy with. He made us feel like family and treated us as so, it was like shopping with a best friend. They were patient with us and helped us with anything and everything we wanted on our camper. Me and husband are so excited to start our journey with our new camper and it’s all thanks to the amazing people at FunTown?
