I'm living in Rockwall more than 10 years, I furnished my house with this furniture store. I had a little airbn and used them as well. They are great little furniture store...they will take care of you with their better prices and quality!

Website is misleading. Shows full sectionals for $192. However, this is actually the price for a single piece of the couch and not the whole thing. The website is confusing and the man with the redneck accent that answered the phone was rude and yelled at me. Would NOT recommend.

No one responded to my email. :(Update: I sent an email under a different name. I never use my real name for this kind of stuff, especially after reading the tone and length of the replies to some reviews. Ivan Smith did help me although I had to pay slightly more. They responded the next day instead of arguing with me on Google Reviews. I have received more contact with Rockwall Furniture Outlet on Google Reviews than through email. I like all the random capitalized words. I guess some companies can’t accept one bad review. Thanks for your response, finally. I’ll definitely stop by now.

When I moved here, I decided to go to a local business. Owner of the shop Trent assisted me picking furniture and gave me really good prices. Furniture he recommended are solid and really comfortable. Few weeks ago, I purchased a recliner and an ottoman, so far Soo good and really comfortable. Had an issue with my recliner, he told me to bring the recliner back and within 3 days he gave me a call to pick up my recliner. I was really impressed. I highly recommend purchasing furniture from him.

Attempted to purchase furniture but had to continuously call back and email establishment just to get a response. Very unprofessional establishment!Update - The following is the email I received from the establishment concerning my review:"Just read your 1⭐️ review… Sure wish you could’ve been truthful when you posted it. You were given all the information that you requested, including TV Stand color options available, size, pricing and availability. We even offered for you to be able to go pick up the TV Stand earlier than the arrival date of Tuesday, since you were in such a hurry. Any additional questions that you would’ve had about tv stand, could’ve been answered today, when warehouse opened from the weekend."***The review pointed out that this proprietor was unresponsive and the establishment was. The establishment was open on the weekend when I emailed the questions but you chose as proprietor not to answer because as you wrote, "...Any additional questions that you would’ve had about tv stand, could’ve been answered today, when warehouse opened from the weekend." I emailed questions and did not get a response. It is even more unprofessional to privately email a reviewer. Sometimes you should just take the feedback, digest and hear what a potential customer disliked to improve upon the next time.***

Local, family owned, we have purchased majority of our furniture in our house from here over the past 7 years. Quality, solid wood pieces at super reasonable prices. Everyone that I have worked with here has been super helpful in finding just what we wanted and friendly. Definitely beats dealing with any of the big chain stores.

4th time I have been by this place between 5:00 and 5:30 and all four times they have closed early. What a joke! How are places like this in Rockwall still in business??

Went there to buy a bedroom set but was greeted by a mysterious voice , there were some folks at a table chatting or something not sure what was going on . I think I was the only customer there not sure . Got a business card from someone with their web info. I can’t believe I got a much better experience at Nebraska furniture mart . Oh well , place was meh .

Trent is a wonderful owner. He was very courteous and helpful. He loves his community and customers. If you like rustic, there are plenty of awesome pieces to choose from. If you don't see it there, he can get it ordered. One note, like many other businesses, the furniture supply chain (as a whole) is still impacted and has abnormal lead times. Trent will explain this when ordering. We are patient, so working with F&MO is perfect for us!

Online and on the door says they close at 6. Got there at 5:15 with my trailer so I can purchase and leave with the furniture today and they are closed. I live too far to make this drive back to back
