Go to another location.
This place stopped accepting the online app check in. I was first in line (with a 0 minute waiting time in the app) and I sat for over 25 minutes. I specifically use the app so this doesn't happen.
No clue why they have done this. All of the staff are confused as well. Hopefully the owner resolves it.

Hair cut was fine, but the service is terrible. I can see why the place only gets 3.6 stars. Their sales tactics are aggressive and the ones in rowlett are so much better. I continue to dislike Rockwall and this is another reason now. Will never go here again.

I’ve been going here for near two years now. My stylist, Theresa, is fantastic. She seems to have a large client base as many often ask for her by name. Highly recommend. By today’s standards, pricing is quite reasonable.

I asked for a straight across 6inch trim to remove dead ends and a bang trim. No layers or anything special. Just an even trim. A straight line. I even tipped her $14 dollars for helping me put after my stylist cancelled my appointment on me. When i got home and got a good look at my hair i saw it isnt a straight cut at all. Its all choppy and she definetly cut off more than 6 inches! Ive been growing my hair for almost 5 years now! I want my money back because now i have to go and cut even more off to fix it and pay even more money! Do NOT go here. They cant even manage a simple trim!

First off the Asian women that was working there were very rude and made us feel intimidated. The woman that trimmed my husband‘s hair would not listen to what he wanted and went ahead and did what she wanted and ruined his look. When she cut my daughter’s hair she cut way to much off my daughter had mid back length hair we asked for a trim my poor daughter left with shoulder length hair and cried in the car cuz her hair was as chopped off!! when we went to pay. She seemed upset because we didn’t tip her. There’s white hair all over the floor in the waiting area and it just was not a clean environment. Not something I’d expect at a Rockwall Location! Very disappointed and will not return.

Decided to come here because i havent been here in a long time, i wish i didnt end up coming here because as soon as i walked in the rude chinese looking lady said "why are you here?" i said i needed a haircut and she yelled "get in the chair then" once i got in she started throwing all the soaps across the place when she asked what hair i wanted she could not hear because of her blasting music she starting saying "you want the chicken cut or the dog cut" i told her i had no idea what she was talking about then she said ill give you a chicken cut even though i said a trim when she started cutting she kept on farting then took a 40 minute bathroom trip in which im pretty sure i heard some explosions i told her what took so long then she said mind your own business then her phone rung and she started talking so loud it could be heard from india it was about her son in band. Cutting my hair ended up being a experiment she first started putting soap in my hair then shaving it, then starting spinning the chair like a fair ride in which i got dizzy. i told her this was fine and said if there was anything i could rinse my hair with and she said in a rude tone "With my spit or what dummy" by then i just left to pay then asked me "want my chicken pie? 50 dollars a piece." i said no thats too expensive then she got so mad she started throwing all the gel and soap. She put soap on her face like face paint and put the soap in her face like if she was in a warzone when i left she started chasing me saying eat my pie you cheapskate weee waa chongg all those extra sounds she chased me all the way to target and said i learn kung fu wee in mi hometown chingg me will get you!! exactly how i typed it she said. I ended up hiding in the bathroom the entire time. dont come here if you dare
