Bought the Groupon and was never able to get ahold of this salon. Called, left a message and texted. I'm not able to get the money back from the Groupon either. Very disappointed.

Jessica did such a great job giving me the fun, edgy cut I wanted and making the whole experience fun. We laughed. we talked. and I walked out feeling like myself.. only better! I'm already scheduled for my next appointment!

My mani and pedi were great. Jessica did a great job and was very friendly. It did take a little while to get a call back, but it is due to small staff and being busy.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a groupon deal for a mani and pedi. I called them literally 4 times every day for 3 days and nobody ever returned my message. I decided to show up to the salon and wasn't even greeted. I waited for about a minute after realizing that nobody was going to greet me i got up and asked if an appointment was necessary. The girl told me that i have to call to set up an appointment. I let her know that I've been calling every single day several times leaving a vmail and was nobody returned my phone calls. She then told me that she could call me back later that day to see if there was any availability bc the girl with the schedule wasn't there. (Why don't they leave the schedule at the salon just blows my mind) so i just walked around the shopping center browsing wasting some time to see if they would call. I honestly didn't trust that they were going to call me to let me know but they did when i was already driving back home bc it was getting late. She told me that they were booked for the day and could get me in tomorrow. Umm. Hello.. i called for several days meaning i can't wait any longer! They say you get what you pay for. I requested my refund and was told to call groupon directly. I did. I will never give them another chance. I would rather pay more money to get a better experience. Stay away from this place.

It's worth the drive from anywhere in Dallas. Mandi did my mani pedi and she was wonderful and did a great job. She was personable and professional, easy to talk to, and fun. Everything was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. My biggest worry in getting shellac and a pedi is that they won't match, but they had that under control. All of their shellac colors had matching "regular" polish colors. I loved it so much I asked to book my next appointment before I left. Absolutely the best salon I've been to.
