Cool alternative, especially since local post office closes at 4.
Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.
Anyway, it is what it is.

I have been back several times in the past months. Victoria exhibits awesome customer service and is a pleasure to deal with.

I visit this place frequently and have been heading here as my go-to for 2 or 3 years now, give or take. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful with any additional services needed. They are inquisitive and personable if what you bring in catches their interest. I like this place a lot because you don’t feel anxious and rushed like the local main post office branch does (at least for me it does). It’s small and comfortable to go to and if you go at the right times, there’s no line. But even when there is a line, it’s usually not too long of a wait. I recommend this location, as it’s my personal favorite.

If there is remotely any kind of line when you walk in, you’re better off hand delivering your package yourself. That’s how slow this place is.

Oddly placed because it's inside of what looks to be a jewelry store. But it's better than having to up 205 to the one by 66..haven't had a terrible experience it does what I need it to when I need to drop off packages.

Its so inconvenient that some times y'all close earlier than what it says online. Not to mention, the younger lady always seems like she doesnt want to work there. Like scanning packages is alot of work for her. She's lucky i make my own labels and us dropping packages off at that location is what's giving her a check.

I live in Rowlett and own a small business. I live just a few minutes from my local post office. Because the postal workers at Rowlett Post Office are rude and incompetent I drive into Rockwall to Harbor Post. I can not say enough good things about the ladies who work at Harbor Post. They are incredibly kind, polite, professional and willing to help you in any way that they can. I have never had a package delivered late since using them. They have no issues with scanning in my packages and giving me a receipt for each and every one (Rowlett won't do that) which is needed when you run a business that depends on your shipments having tracking and arriving on time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserve 10!

Sorry, not being open on the weekends or certain holidays like Columbus day I fail to find the value in their service. Their hours are worse than an urgent care. Even the USPS in Rockwall is opened on Saturdays. I would not recommend this place.

To my Facebook friends and fellow business’…
I discovered a gem!...my wife has three internet business’ and she ships out packages several times each week. Our regular post office most often has a long line to wait in...I’m talking 12 or more customers. My wife told me about Harbor Mail. Just Google them for the address…they are just shortly off of Ralph Hall Blvd. OMG…they are so awesome!...at worse case there may be 2 or 3 people in the line when I walk in. The ladies that work there always greet me with a warm smile and the service is fast. If you live in the Rockwall area give them a try…I promise you…you won’t use the regular USPS office again. And no…I’m not knocking the Rockwall USPS folks…but they have govt. regulations and often disappointing attitudes that you usually don’t find in the private business sector. And yes…as a former govt. employee I can make that remark. Just give them a try…as a small business owner or a large business owner you will love Harbor Mail. ~~~NarleyandChikki~~~ 3/22/2019.
