The only thrift store in Rockwall serving the area. With ALL of that input, it's one of the worst thrifts I've ever been to. It is rare to find something of quality that they aren't selling in the boutique portion for more than you'd buy it on eBay or private seller. I don't care for the place and think it's a horrible thrift store. To donate you are playing a game if they'll "take it". So if you're donating anything, even if it is in perfect condition, you load it and drive it to the location for them to turn you away. Every single thrift store across the lake is better than this place. Save you're time and head to Dallas Co.

We stopped here during our walk at/around the park, so I wasn't planning on buying anything. We weren't greeted by the ladies at the desk, even though they had no customers. I thought a lot of the items were over priced.

Heather the manager today was so helpful and always so sweet to us. I appreciate everything we walk through door with warmth greeting and letting us know sales. We love this store. My wife is deaf and she can do sign language to her too. Love that! She feels so comfortable and welcoming.

Such a horrible experience visiting this place!! Better yet I should call it a dump which is what perfectly describes it. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The women they got working here are so rude!! I don't know if they got a stick shoved up their butt or what, but man are they snobs. They'll give you the meanest stare just for walking past them. My gosh. Oh and no public restrooms either so you'll just have to pee yourself. The least they can do is offer public restrooms for your customers! I guess they're just too lazy to clean them. Please don't come here. They have a horrible selection as well. For Rockwall I'd expect way more, but boy was I was wrong!!!! Avoid this place! I rather give my money to goodwill!!

I was really shocked to see the sign on the door stating there's No Public Restrooms❗? Hard to believe with all the Senior Citizens, Mother's with children, not to mention loyal customers like (My Mom and I). You guys don't think we need RESTROOMS?!?!?

Id go somewhere where you are treated with respect. We asked if my kid can use their restroom, they just said no, then turn around and asked for the next customer in line, wow. So much for “helping hands” more like let’s make money out of kindness of others.
