No attendant available upon arrival. Had to find and sign the wait roster; waited 15 minutes before anyone called my name. While waiting, listened to the Ford service staff cursing and laughing about other staff that quit or got fired; very unprofessional. Service is extremely slow; waited an hour to pick up my rental. I will not use the Ford service center or this Hertz location again!

Never, and I mean never, rent a car from this location. Employees here are rude and lazy at best. They rent cars by misrepresenting fuel levels, they don’t fill up washer fluids before sending the vehicles out and the vehicles are never as clean as they should be. This location fired their manager and it is easy to see why. Now the inmates are running the asylum and doing a poor job while doing so.
On both occasion renting here nobody was in the office. They put a sign on the door asking you to sign in and they will be back. Not a single employee stays there to help customers. I waited over forty five minutes the first time I rented here at pickup and another twenty minutes trying to return a car because the employees were “out”. Just pathetic in every regard.
Save yourself the frustration and find another Hertz to rent from.

I am a Hertz customer with Presidents Circle status. I made a reservation online back on 7/3/25 around 4pm. Hertz called me at 5:18pm that same afternoon, while I was on my way to pick up my rental, to tell me they had no cars for me. They said they would cancel my reservation and there would be no charge. On my next corporate credit card statement, I got charged a $67.99 free for a no show. When I noticed this charge in August, I called Hertz to explain the situation and was told it was a mistake and that I would be issued a refund. Made note of the confirmation number and have been checking my CC statement with no refund to date. Apparently the location said I no-showed for my reservation and went ahead and charged me for not showing up for a reservation that Hertz canceled via phone by telling me that they had no cars for me to rent. It has taken 4 calls, 6 total hours, chat and still as of today, September 29th 2025, I have no refund. I would stay away from this local edition Hertz and all other Hertz locations since they seem to be defrauding their customers. The Enterprise location in Rockwall was much better and they were able to accommodate my rental needs with no hidden or unknown charges, amazing.

The only positive part of renting from Hertz in Rockwall was I used points to book a free rental. The majority of people working there are arrogant, rude and make you feel like you’re a bother. Go somewhere else if you want Texas Hospitality, cause you won’t find kindness or anything of the form there!

Never ever rent a car from this location, people here are so rude. They do not listen to you and treat you like shit. They are not present in the office when you drop of the keys and then they will call you a week after to tell you that there is something wrong with the car.
I have rented car from hertz before at different locations, never had this problem. This location is so bad.
They will not listen to you if you have any complaints.
Overall experience ZERO.

DO NOT RELY ON THEM. They will let you reserve a vehicle and when you goto pick it up they will tell you they dont have it. What an absolute joke these people are

Booked reservation two weeks in advance and then they didn’t have the car and said MAYBE they could get one after lunch (at 7:30 am). Obviously a scam to get me to upcharge to a more expensive vehicle. Never ever trust Hertz.

Tried this location again. This time was probably worse if that's even possible. The lady was lazy and very rude, would not even get up to help me or explain anything. I was there on time for my reservation but the door was closed with a note saying Be back soon. I came back when she had finally returned and she makes it seem it's my fault I'm late for the reservation. I canceled my reservation online and it stated to go to the location I booked to complete the cancelation, but she insisted she could not do anything and zi had to call but the number given to call was the number of her place. She was absolutely no help, she didn't care, she just complained that she was having a bad day. Absolutely horrible experience and this lady needs to.be fired or given a different job to do. I have given this place multiple chances and yet it seems to only get worse as long as this is how its ran and this lady is the one working it I feel sorry for anyone who has to rent from here.

I had the pleasure of working with Jazzmine. She went out of her way to help me. The rental dates had to be changed and she was very helpful. It is a very busy place, but she works efficiently and with a smile. Highly recommend from my experience!

If you ask for a ride to somewhere while your vehicle is being worked on, don’t expect them to remember to come pick you back up. And good luck trying to call them, because they’ll leave you on hold until you walk yourself back.
