Overall, I'd definitely stay again! The booking online was easy, and since our stay was the last week of October and thier off season it wasn't crazy busy. We were even able to upgrade to a suite. The view was beautiful. The room was clean. The only thing is we didn't have the ability to cast or hook our phones up to watch TV. The channels available were meh maybe our only not so happy moment. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping, and room service. The Heirloom Kitchen food was a surprise in a wonderful way....such great food! We have stayed places, and the on-site restaurant was a disappointment...NOT here!! We spent one of our 3 days only eating at the Heirloom. We felt like it was money well spent to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Hilton Rockwall Lakefront.
Rooms: Very clean but the bed was bit on the harder side and not able to cast or use phone to watch TV.
Nearby activities: Tons of restaurants near as well as a movie theater.
Safety: Felt very safe.
Food and drinks: The Heirloom Kitchen was amazing!
Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff.

Very nice atmosphere if you just want to get away and do absolutely nothing. Lots of food choices on the boardwalk. The hotel has some very good customer service skills.

Stayed over the weekend from my anniversary and I left my bracelet on the nightstand. Long story short I was able to get it returned to me and I really do appreciate it. Great hotel, great location. We did the boat ride as well and it was amazing.!

We held our wedding at the Hilton Rockwall and could not have been happier. The staff was amazing, the food and beverage was great and you can’t beat the view of the lake at sunset. The team went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I just attended an event at the hotel this evening. We did not stay overnight. The food and the service were excellent. The food was far above the normal dinner fare in terms of quality and preparation. Staff was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with a nice view of Lake Ray Hubbard.

Last night I made a reservation for next Saturday for a friend's birthday to go celebrate at the hotel from Houston to Rockwall and until I finished the reservation and they recolect the card information I was not informed that the jacuzzi was not working for weeks and they charge me for a single night 300 dollars without anything included and I have a membership for years, what a disappointment, super expensive . I think that if they have inconvenience they should lower those high prices for a single night

We had a beautiful view of the lake, was a little disappointed that the windows could not be opened. Breakfast was good, dinner was good. However, I was told the BLT sandwich was moan worthy. Pool/hot tub were cold ?
Nearby activities: There seemed to be some event/activities happening just outside of the hotel by the pier. Walking distance to other restaurants, (better than starbees) a delicious coffee shop, and dog friendly areas.

It's a nice hotel, but the rooms are kind of small and dated, you can hear into the next room. Room on one side had a guy coughing all night I could hear. Room on the otherside was listening to music at 7am and I could hear it, woke me up. Also people walking down the hall at 2am could be heard clearly as well.

Hotel Hilton Rockwall are amazing! Excellent location and beautiful lake view. That was a trip for myself but it’s great place to be with the family. Excellent customer service from the front desk to restaurant and bars. Special thank you to Alec R. who upgraded my room so I was enjoying the lake and pool view. He also helped me beyond of his front desk responsibilities. I was late looking for a hat tea, water etc. He took his time and I got all I need with smile and good attitude! People like that making a big difference so I will definitely book the Hilton hotel for next trip?

Wow! Just better and better! The best service all together and I appreciate all the people working there. You guys making all the different!! Some hotels are hight standard but the service is not. I nominate Hilton Rockwall Lakefront Best of the Best with ALL CATEGORES you can think off? coming back in couple weeks! Special thank you to Alec R. you can meet him at the front desk amazing menager and he will make your stay best experience posable helping more that you are expecting?
Rooms: Very nice and clean rooms. Perfect size. Nice bathroom with glass shower. Elegant desk and comfortable chair for resting
Walkability: Beauteful Harbor area. I love to walk and that was an amazing place to walk around the lake
Food and drinks: Delicious meals at the restaurant and bar with very good people working there with smile and good care.
