Not the best not the worst. I booked a room....Lakeview w balcony...for a special girls night birthday celebration. Paid nearly $300... for that occasion. Did not get the room I paid for 3 weeks in advance. Ehh looks are deceiving, beautiful place ...service and not getting what you paid for.... nope not

Very nice hotel/resort. Very clean. Very quiet. Would stay again. Well worth the money. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking does cost.

There was a tick in my room on a washcloth. I noticed it when it fell off of the washcloth when I wiped my face. I reported it when I checked out, and the woman at the front desk told me she would tell her manager and comp my room. She also said the manager would call me. I actually got a call from the housekeeping manager who apologized, but never heard from the manager who was supposed to call me. When I asked the housekeeping manager about the comp, she said to call the front desk, which I did. I spoke to the same woman who was there when I checked out, and she said they were handling it.A week later, I still had not heard from a hotel manager, and I had not received my comp. After calling multiple times and not getting through to anyone because the front desk does not answer the phone, I was finally able to speak to a manager who said that Carlos, the manager of the hotel, would call me. He did, but I had to call him back three times before I reached him, as he did not return my calls. He then proceeded to tell me they would comp one night, and that is what I had been told. It's not at all what I was told.To me, it's the principle of the whole thing - I wasn't given what was promised, and it was implied that I was lying. I will not go back to a hotel where Lyme disease is a risk, but I wouldn't go back, anyway, based on my experience with management.Location is good - food and bar were excellent. Otherwise, it's a one star experience for me. As a lifetime Hilton diamond member, it was the first time in 20 years I have dealt with a tick and such inept management.

I was really having a bad night and Alec, was great. Although I did not share with him what happened earlier, everything from the moment I was greeted changed my night. Alec went above and beyond without knowing how he was making such a positive impact on my situation.Alec is great and he is the reason, I choose Hilton as my hotel of choice!!!!Noteworthy details: Alec at the front desk is great!

The only bad part about the hotel is trying to get a room when coming to town for work. Sometimes it matches the business per diem and sometimes it doesn't. It is the first pic of locations in the area and is a great place to walk around by the marina as well as access to restaurants and night life.

Me and my husband and kids wanted a little getaway and found the Hilton I payed $501 for 2nihhts and was a little surprised I had to dish out another $45-50 for parking. Breakfast is not included…. Saturdays it gets packed up because of the plaza next door which was awesome and the harbor you get to walk on. Overall it was a very nice stay enjoyed myself

I have to say that this was my most disappointing stay. I come here annually for a personal retreat and I had paid for a lakeview. I had asked for a better room and had told the front desk that I come here every year. I got an obstructed view. I wish the front desk would take the time to know their returning customers.I also had teenagers in my hall slamming doors and running back and forth. A person shouldn't have to pay for parking either.I feel like the service and the quality of the stay was better in the previous years.Walkability: You can take a walk by the lake.

33rd anniversary trip warranted a 3rd trip to our favorite hotel. The only negative is that you have to pay for a decent parking spot.Rooms: Very clean and up-to-date. The mattress was top notch.Walkability: Cinemark and very nice restaurants at development.
