“Went in wanting an entry level RC crawler/ trail vehicle since I haven’t used one in over 10 years. The guys were super helpful, even brought out one of their own TRX4M to show me, and didn’t try to upsell anything at all. Went home with my own TRX4M and am already planning on what upgrades to buy when I come back!”

“Great experience! I don’t normally shop at Michael’s but Sandra, at the Rockwall store was so helpful, I’m sure I’ll be coming back. I was trying to use a coupon that was for online only and having a bit of trouble with their website. I was just unfamiliar with it. She was so nice to explain it to me so I could take advantage of their in store coupon. She was much more friendly and helpful than is normal these days. Thank you Sandra! Michael’s is lucky to have you!”

“I took in a boatload of old coins to sell. The owner went over all of them - for nearly two hours. When he was unsure, he checked in his numerous reference books. I feel I got a good price for the lot - more than I was expecting. If you have old coins to sell, I recommend this establishment.”
