“This Pop Shelf location is phenomenal! Mary, Yolanda and the entire staff go above and beyond..I found some perfect , inexpensive , identical gifts for my students.., but there were only seven on the shelf..Yolanda volunteered to pick up the additional four I needed at the PS location in Mesquite. There was a bit of mix up as to when I was to return to pick them up, but when I did return a few days later, Yolanda had gifted them to me?. My life has afforded me many opportunities to experience hospitality/service all over the world and I can wholeheartedly say that you will experience concierge level service at the Pop Shelf in Rockwall, Texas.”
“Super fun little place, it gives you new ideas of how to decorate as well as some fun Gourmet coffees and teas that you can pick out. There are some tools that you probably didn't think you needed, or even existed, but do. It is definitely a fun little shop to walk around and look in and find things that you weren't even looking for to buy. It would be a great place for gifts as well.”

Main Street has jewelry, too.Upscale consignment matches their prices. It is worth every penny.I love it here and go many times a month to see the new arrivals.Their staff is super friendly. “I just want to sing my praises about Mike, the manager of this Kirkland's location! My husband & I came to Kirkland's for the first time & I fell in love with a swivel chair they had on display! I have been looking for a particular accent chair (such as this one) for over a year & knew this chair was THE ONE! Problem was, I was very indecisive & could not choose a color - ivory or sand. Mike quickly assisted us & took me & my husband to the back & showed us the difference between the two colors in-person so l could take pictures & compare them to the color scheme we had at home. He told us we could come back after visiting home & that he would have the chair we decided on waiting for us at the store! Needless to say, I was finally able to make a decision after seeing both colors in-person & landed on the color recommended by Mike — ivory! ? We came right back to the store & he helped my husband load our new prized chair into our vehicle!
I could think of no better example of prime customer experience. Mike was so patient, thoughtful & such a helpful human being. Kuddos to this location for having a wonderful person such as Mike, to help run this store! He has made us Kirkland-shoppers for life! ? 12/10 experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We were greeted at the door by two salespeople who paged Mile Smith for us as I had spoken with him on the phone. Mike showed us several bedding options we had talked about on the phone. We quickly made a decision on what we wanted—but Mile suggested an upgrade on the adjustable base at the same price. We completed the deal, picked a delivery date, paid for our purchases, and left within an hours time, In addition to paying an extra $70 for delivery and an extra $90 for an extended warranty we still saved over $1200 over a competitor’s pricing on exactly same furnitureThanks for your attention to our needs and finding a perfect solution”
