Placed on hold for over 20 minutes when trying to order appliances for my older parents. Told I could not do that even tho I have a pro account and do this at the Paris store all the time for work. Finally after being hung up on twice the manager gets on the phone and is so rude. She does say that pro accounts can do this then proceeds to put me on hold again. It all comes from the management and this store has poor management. Until that is changed nobody will get good service. It's unfortunate this is happening. HD should do something about it. Other stores I use like the Paris, TX store are so helpful and that is due to good management and hiring people who care.

No different from the other home improvement store. Not easy to find someone who is willing to help . Or just inform you what isle the item is located . Some times will take you there to verify .

We placed an order and when we did receive the automated phone call by 2 pm the day prior delivery, we looked up our order number to see the order showed as cancelled. After 24 hours and speaking to every Manager in the store (each one kept passing the issue to another) we were told all our items were now back ordered. When we asked why we were not notified that there was an issue with order the manager lied and then turned around and lied again about telling my husband how the refund would be processed if we cancelled our order. We will not be Home Depot customers again. The way these managers handled this entire situation was unbelievable. Unfortunately in large corporations such as this one the complainants will go nowhere. Buyer be ware when spending thousands of dollars with this store!

You'll get stuck in a never ending loop of representatives transferring you because they're too lazy to research the simplest task. I purchased flooring in May and wanted the same product in two additional rooms. Seems like a pretty clear request to me. Transferred between Expeditors, customer service desk and Flooring dept for 10 minutes, never getting past my request. Awful! Now I have to just go in for better service, when I'd prefer not to have any COVID exposure. The only reason I gave two and not one star is because I typically have a better in-store experience. Just saying... don't waste your time. I should've known better from the last time I tried calling in an order.

The customer service at this location was far beyond most Home Depot locations. I ordered an Echo pole saw that is difficult to find in Home Depot stores, and only 2 Home Depot locations in the DFW metroplex had it in stock. The first store I ordered it from canceled my order saying they no longer have it in stock. So I drove 1.5 hours roundtrip to go to Rockwall, the only store that had it. Rockwall's store went above and beyond to help me get my equipment. It wasn't on the shelf where it should have been, so they searched on top racks and pallets for half an hour. And when they realized their inventory must be off (i.e., someone likely stole the item), Lloyd spent half an hour helping us get it shipped to us. They could have just told us "sorry, we don't have it" and sent us on our way. But they did the opposite, and didn't stop until everything was made right. Thank you Lloyd and the multiple others who helped.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from the management to the cashiers to the loaders. Unbelievable. Home Depot has totally fell off and is going down hill! The Greenville, TX store is just as bad! As an roofing & Construction company owner, I use to have the 3 best Pro Desk reps, now it is all kids that have no knowledge of the business.

Do not order on-line from Home Depot. Ordered a ring door bell ($270) on 30 June 2021, because they were out of stock in the store. It was to arrive on 6 July. It did not. Still not here on 8 July. Home Depot says that's between me and UPS. I said I did not buy it from UPS, so the way se resolved it, she got UPS on the phone with me and her. UPS said I would have to file a claim. I would have to have an account with UPS to do that. So I set up an account and filed a claim. UPS said they would investigate and within 5 days (if they found my claim valid) would refund the shipper in California. (I assume that is Ring Doorbell) I called Home Depot back and they said, I should get a refund in 5 days. I don't like the politics of Amazon, so I try to buy elsewhere. But you have to admit, If I had ordered it from Amazon (at the same price) The doorbell would be installed already.

Jan 22nd, went in to return a product that wasn't the right color. No issue with the product itself. There I met Connie, Ruby, and Daniel. They were the most pleasant people I have met lately in any store. There were some question as to when the date of the return policy started. In store vice online. After a short time and a few phone calls they were able to clarify everything. Daniel got my return completed. They all went the extra mile helping me. They were and still are some of the nicest people you can meet. They are very informative and if they need help they are not afraid to reach out to get you the best possible outcome. I appreciate everything they did and the great attitude and smiles they all maintained. I would recommend this store and these people for the great service they provide.

Customer service team is a disaster. Completely unorganized with carts and product everywhere. No lines and the 'lead' is incredibly rude. Trying to make a purchase and the team member helping me asked her lead for assistance. The lead turned to us (the customer) and told us we'd have to wait that she was busy. Wow... 1- we didn't ask for your help- your team member did; 2- train your team so they don't have to ask; 3- do you always address customers in that tone? 4- clean up your area so people know who's in line and where. Even the team member was sheepish after that. No thanks. We'll go to Lowe's where they appreciate customers AND their employees.

Best place to shop. Very clean store and a friendly and helpful staff. I can always find what I need in the Rockwall Home Depot store.

We were shopping for carpet, made sure to let salesman know we have a dog, needed something she won't get paws caught in. Lady came to measure for 3 rooms, we asked her to measure 1 additional room so we could purchase more carpet-she said no Carpet installers (who were wonderful to work with & did a quick and good job) had wrong carpet. Finally installed. Horrible carpet quality, dogs paws get caught often, pulling out the carpet loop. Hardly any traffic on carpet but is already really worn looking. Very unhappy. This didn't effect rating but it sure would be nice if after a large purchase & install, the folks there would call, ask how it went, check in. I'd address these things directly if they did.
