I recently ordered paint for curbside pickup, which is much easier than bringing my three kids into the store. Khalil delivered the paint with a huge smile and even offered me a cold bottle of water. His kindness made me feel less guilty about using the curbside service. Excellent customer service!

Very bad customer service one comes and asks for help and they can spend more than 30 minutes on hold and they didn't attend to me I had to go to me alone 25 bags of 80-pound cement and 50 wooden boards I expected more from The Home Depot.

Despicable business practices. I chose Home Depot to rent a small moving truck based on their $29.99 for 75 minutes policy. I made the reservation paid my $150 deposit and took the whole day off from work to organize and stage my apartment to be moved. 4 hours before pick up I had received a message that said "Uh oh your vehicle is not available and funds will be refunded soon." Naturally we called the store to ask why it was cancelled and if there's anything we can do. The store rep said "Yeah the vehicle is here but I'm not sure why it was cancelled. I can't give you the rental though because the system said no. I can give you a flatbed truck instead." A flatbed truck would make out one trip into several (new place is 20 min away) So I asked if we could get a discounted rate or maybe just the flat $29.99 to make up for the clueless cancellation. We were told "I'm not going to do that because the system cancelled the reservation" I'm sure Home Depot is good for home needs but do not use any of their vehicle reservations unless you like a runaround.

Just want to send a huge thank you to the manger Trevor at this location. One of his employees at the paint shop was quite rude to me due to a bad match to a paint I bought. Mr. Trevor came in and took over in a very professional manner and very informative on future paint buys! He was extremely professional and handled the situation perfectly. I truly appreciate that he made me feel comfortable and appreciated my business even though it was a small purchase. As a customer who buys a lot of things from Lowe’s I truly appreciated it. I will be a long time buyer at this particular Rockwall location! Thank you Trevor we need more people like you.
