Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair recently did a rebuild on transmission for my 2016 GMC Yukon. A week after rebuild was completed noticed small amounts of transmission fluid leaking on my driveway.
I took my vehicle back to Integrity Transmission and they inspected for a leak stating nothing was wrong and couldn't find any issues. I told Tom on numerous occasions it was leaking from output shaft of the tail housing assembly.
I subsequently drove my vehicle to Arkansas over the Thanksgiving holiday and transmission fluid leaked all over my family's driveway.
I immediately had to take vehicle to local transmission shop and mechanic noticed missing rear output shaft seal and had to leave the vehicle with them over the weekend.
I'm out hundreds of dollars on rental car fees and inconvenience of not being able to leave the Arkansas area until vehicle is fixed.
I think Mr. Tom needs to reimburse me for all out of pocket my rental cars expenses and repair cost because they did not properly diagnose the issue or listen to me when I took the vehicle back to them.
Very frustrating experience across the board with this shop when I took it back originally after transmission was rebuilt and noticed clearly leaking fluid when I took it to them. Now, I'm stranded out of state significantly out pocket due to an improper diagnosis and repair.
Update 12/17/2025 - Tom you comments defending your position are totally out of whack. You guys didn't properly diagnose the tail housing shaft/seal being damaged and when I took it back to you could clearly see all the transmission fluid slung up against the underside of the vehicle.
Trying to put the blame on an out of state transmission shop who repaired the issues you should have identified is bad business and the buck stops with you. Your comments about me not coming to your shop to look at the vehicle after you couldn't find the leak is insane.
My wife showed you pics of the leak and rather than you taking the extra steps of removing the driveshaft and checking the tail housing you opted not too resulting in further escalation of the problem.
Other customers who read this review, please take your business elsewhere. Ryan's Transmission in Quinlan did an excellent job of addressing the issue and noticed also that Integrity overfilled the transmission and also fixed a slip yoke cone that had faulty O-Ring.
I added pics of the damaged tail housing as you can see the sleeve and seal inside were damaged. For a $4,400 transmission technician should have clearly seen this problem.
Horrible experience with these people across the board and if I could give them Zero stars on Google I certainly would.

Integrity did great work on my CV Boot, brake pads, rotors & engines mounts! He took great care of my car, and kept in communication with me on status too! Tom, the owner was very knowledgeable and genuine. The mechanics were experienced and explained the details of my repairs prior to doing the work. They had my car in and out in the same day, and they did quality work for a fair price. I will definitely use them again in the future for my other automotive needs.

I get it. I called maybe 40- 45 minutes before y’all close. All I wanted was to get some kind of second opinion some kind of information just to help me decide on what I need to do with my truck. I told the man that I spoke to (he didn’t give me a name) that I was looking for a second opinion on what experience he or anyone at the shop had with the transmission that’s in my truck and the first thing he asked with a tone was, do you not trust the shop you went to’s opinion. It’s not that I’m not trusting that opinion. I’ve always been taught to go to a couple of different shops get multiple opinions and quotes cause I don’t have a lot of money so I’m just trying to find a place that’s gonna give me good service for a reasonable price whatever that price may end up being he just seemed rushed and didn’t want me to be on the phone with him anymore and before I could even really tell him, thank you have a good day. He hung up on me so I don’t know who that guy is. I don’t know what I did to upset him if I did, but I guess I’m sorry. I just won’t call there anymore.

Broke down near here and it was a God send. Tom, owner, and Josh, mechanic, got us in and out in no time. Josh was fast to diagnose and fix the issue. I am so thankful to have come across this shop.

I have been to this shop a couple of times and it has always been a good experience. The prices are reasonable and they don't try to make you get stuff that you don't need and will let you know if a job is something they cannot do, and will even recommend you to someone who can. Great staff and the mechanics do a great job! Trust them with my vehicles and enjoy coming here because they're honest and reliable.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
He did not try to upsell me on anything. I got exactly what I went there for, which was a front axle brake job on my 2013 Toyota Tundra. He even told me that I didn’t need to service the rear brakes at this time. Service took 2 hours and communication was great.
Read the reviews but bear in mind, 99% of satisfied customers do not leave reviews. It’s the unhappy ones and the ones that can’t be pleased who leave the negative reviews. This shop addresses all of the issues though, which says a lot. Use this small business and support your community… Or go to the big box shops and overpay. Your choice.
I highly recommended them over anyone else.
