We went to file basic taxes. No deduction just basic W2’s. We were there at 2:08 and left at 5:40om. We were told we would get money back and that we didn’t have to sign anything. We asked for copies of our documents and it was in that process that the computer wasn’t allowing the process completion. It turned out we owed over 4K. They were going to let us walk out the door and we owed money! This was the absolute worst experience. Then we were charged over $340 for a basic 3 W2 filling. Website said $25.
