We have now purchased three homes with Jesse’s assistance and I would never go with anyone else. He is very thorough, understanding, honest, and explains things in a way that the buyer can completely understand. Absolutely a great company to work with. I bought three homes and have used Jesse and Neighborhood loans each time. I will continue to use them in the future. Jesse is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He is always giving great advice and feedback throughout the whole process.

I have used Jesse for two home purchases and 2 refinances over the years. Jesse has always been extremely quick to respond to any text/emails/calls. Most of the time I would email or text after hours or the weekends and would still receive an immediate response.
Hopefully, I don’t need a lender again for a bit, but if I do it will be with Jesse.
He closed my latest loan a week early and neighborhood loan’s online portal made everything even easier.

Jesse was great at helping walk us through our new loan and answering our questions anytime, which was great considering we were buying/moving from out of state. Jeneane was very patient with us getting all proper documentation and provided gentle reminders anytime we were missing anything. They were both terrific and made the process very easy. I would absolutely recommend!
