Jodie was very pleasant to work with and showed compassion when working to sell my father’s out of town house. She went over and beyond offering to go out to the property to do things or check on things when neither my sister or I could. This was our first time selling a home as we have only purchased one and lived in it for 24 years. Jodie couldn’t have been more patient with us, with all of our questions and concerns along the way. While I have not had the pleasure of working with Jodie as a home buyer/seller just yet, she has been extremely helpful with educating me during my first home appraisal and appeal process. Because of her detailed guidance, I was able to successfully obtain a fair outcome. It speaks a lot of her character when she takes time out of her day to help someone that wasn't her direct client with a situation she knows she's not getting a financial gain.
My husband and I have agreed that when the time comes, she will be the realtor for us. She has also represented many buyers and sellers in our area and all have spoken very highly of their interaction with Jodie.
