Excellent store, knowledgeable and helpful, they always immediately offer help as soon as we walk in, even despite appearances (husband and I are lazy appearance wise, his coming here is him stepping it up.) He so far has purchased 2 pants, 2 shirts, jacket, belt, tie, his pants needed to be altered and we told them no rush, recieved them on time and the alterations look great on him!

First bad review I’ve ever had to do in my life.. with that being said, they have very poor service, rude and racial profiling is so obvious with the workers!!

I took my son to the Rockwall location for dress clothes and shoes, and we had the best experience! The employees were super helpful and friendly! They offered advice and found the perfect sizes for my son! We were both very impressed with their customer service!!

Extremely disappointed in service and attention to detail.Employees seem like they are here by some court ordered community service.Measurements were off by several inches in length of pant and jacket.

I go in and spend over $400 for a suit, have the pants and jacket altered and at pick up get no service from a young lady with dark hair. She didn’t verify the alteration was done properly and there was another associate sitting in a chair right in front of the mirror super busy playing on his phone and could care less even when me and my wife were discussing if everything was done right. To make matters worse when we get done she offers a plain clear plastic bag to put it in. I asked if I could have a zippered suit bag because that is what I was given when I bought a sport coat from them a few months ago. She told me that it is up to the manager if they order zippered bags or just give a clear one like you get your laundry at pick up. She was pretty much to the point and came off like “it is what it is” so we left, but if you’re spending a few hundred dollars on a suit you should be given a zippered suit bag AND they should require you to put it on and verify everything fits properly so you feel good about your purchase. You know normal customer service stuff..

Question: is it a requirement that salespeople at men's "fashion" stores be smug snot nosed children w no customer service skills? Rhetorical of course. Decided I was at a time in my life where I should probably own a tux. My son is a big fan of Jos... so thought I would give them a try. Timeline didn't permit me to buy this go around so decided to rent with them and buy based on my experience. Jos.... ain't gonna happen. "Customer Service" at time of rental was lacking. I was really hoping for some guidance and insight because the majority of my formal wear for the last 40 years has been dictated by the government. Delivery was timely and then it all went downhill from there... 1. I called to get info about the status of my order and the "salesperson" on the phone sounded distracted and was marginally helpful. I called back to clarify some of the information and when the person was actually able to help he pointed out that he messed up last time because he was helping another customer. Sooo... u failed to properly provide customer service to the person in front of you so you could fail to provide customer service to the person on the phone? (Rhetorical) 2. When trying on the tux the "salesperson" leaning up against the wall watching noticed I was struggling to clip the bow tie.... "How is it?" He asked, not offering any assistance w the tie. 3. While looking in the mirror I noticed several creases and even more significantly, seam tension pucker on both sleeves. I asked him if it was normal. He had no idea what I was referring too, alerting me to his complete lack of experience in fabric and men's fashion. When I took the jacket off to point out the flaw to him he stated "Oh, we'll that would be a manufacture/distributed problem then." No, young Jedi, that would be a YOU problem as YOU are the person I am paying to provide me a product and a service. 4. He asked if I wanted it pressed, I said sure that may b helpful (while asking myself was it not already pressed?) A short while later I hear "Sir, Sir, Sir" There were 4 dressing rooms and 3 other men there so I wasn't sure I was the "sir" in question. Apparently I was and my name (On the receipt and order) wasn't important enough to the Salesperson to lookup or remember. 5. When the puckering and creases remained he suggested a warm iron the day of the event to help. SERIOUSLY!? Mr. Jos A Bank, is it your expectation that the customer press their design tux rental? Unbelievable... $300 rental well spent to learn I'll by buying my Tux, and spending my men's fashion dollars somewhere else. You lost out Jos A Bank. Follow up. "JABlistens" appears to b a BOT to give the impression that JABlistens but per their request I copied this review to that address and have yet to receive a reply.

I use to absolutely love Jos A banks. Which was why I decided to build a custom tux there for my wedding! The first day experience was great, staff was very helpful and nice when I was first designing my tux although it all started to go south upon my first fitting. The staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly as I said I was here for my fitting to which they me made wait almost 30 min in what seemed like a empty store before being able to try it on! It also always felt like pulling teeth to get them to make alterations, almost felt like they didn't want to do any extra work! Lastly the week of my wedding I called in to see if my tux was ready for pick up and was told it was given to the wrong person two weeks ago!!!! I understand mistakes happen but for them to sit on this info for two weeks with out a phone call is just completely unacceptable! I had to beg them for his contact information so I could get ahold of him! I then had to drive and hour and a half both ways to retrieve my tux which at this point had already been worn and slightly torn! I had to shell out extra money at my own tailor to have it repaired and dry cleaned! The only reason I'm not leaving a 1 star review is because the manager was extremely apologetic and did give me a full refund for the inconvenience, so I thank her for that! I just hope they never let this happen to anyone else!

Came by in a bit of a hurry, ready to buy slacks and spend serious money on ties and future tailored suits for a "dress to impress" promotion I received. At first thought to be lucky as the store was empty and there appeared to be 3 employees ready to assist. Got greeted and attended by a young dark haired frail grown child male employee with a condescending demeanor from the start. His stale customer service and mumbling irked me, and when asked straightforwardly to raise his voice as I could not understand a word, his eye roll was the deciding factor for my leave. Frustrated after a difficult day, didn't bother requesting another employee unfortunately. Hope this is not why this place appeared to be barren/lifeless.

Really was disappointed in my experience. Went in there on Monday and Needed a suit for a funeral on Friday. Looked at every option, scoured the place with their help and came up empty handed. Only conciliation was a pair of shoes they had in my size that I had been looking for for another event entirely. So it wasn’t a total lose but just know they are limited for a quick response here. Now I feel like they could do me right if I would have had more time. I will return as they have some other shirts and pants I saw I want to try again.
