I just want to sing my praises about Mike, the manager of this Kirkland's location! My husband & I came to Kirkland's for the first time & I fell in love with a swivel chair they had on display! I have been looking for a particular accent chair (such as this one) for over a year & knew this chair was THE ONE! Problem was, I was very indecisive & could not choose a color - ivory or sand. Mike quickly assisted us & took me & my husband to the back & showed us the difference between the two colors in-person so l could take pictures & compare them to the color scheme we had at home. He told us we could come back after visiting home & that he would have the chair we decided on waiting for us at the store! Needless to say, I was finally able to make a decision after seeing both colors in-person & landed on the color recommended by Mike — ivory! 😉 We came right back to the store & he helped my husband load our new prized chair into our vehicle!
I could think of no better example of prime customer experience. Mike was so patient, thoughtful & such a helpful human being. Kuddos to this location for having a wonderful person such as Mike, to help run this store! He has made us Kirkland-shoppers for life! 🤩 12/10 experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elizabeth is truly the sweetest person I have ever met. She went above and beyond to help me select floral arrangements that my wife had sent me to choose from. I had no idea what my wife wanted, but Elizabeth seemed to read her mind! It was incredible how she asked insightful questions while maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor. She helped me grasp my wife's vision perfectly, making me feel like a VIP in the process. I was so impressed with her service that I’ve decided this will be my go-to store, and Elizabeth will be my preferred associate from now on. Thank you, Elizabeth—you truly deserve a raise!

Terrible customer service! My children got in trouble for pressing down on squeeze balls that had a whole on top of the packaging to feel on. When I proceeded to tell the manager Robin that I was the mom and she said well Im the manager. I love Kirklands but will definitely not be visiting this location anymore. Very disappointing!

Went online to order placemats which show as available. See photo. First order was cancelled and there was no explanation. Went online a second time and ordered again. Order was cancelled again and message sent to me was "Unfortunately, we were not able to ship some of the items from your order. You will not be charged for these items." IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK THEN CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION TO - OUT OF STOCK! I drove all the way to the store the first time for nothing as no message indicating that the placemats would not be on my order. Epic FAIL on Kirkland's part.

I recently visited kirkland and I purchased a huge mirror. Now for a 7 month pregnant lady, it is actually heavy. I asked the woman at the counter to give me a hand to take it to the car, to which she replied, "I carried it all by myself in and it's not that heavy!! If you want i can hold the door for you" I was dumbstruck by her response. Then later she came and helped it to the car.My request, please be mindful of your service. I wouldn't ask for help if I didn't need it you know.

Very disappointed in the customer service here, between the hours of 11:45am and 12:30pm my wife and I were just trying to purchase one portrait she wanted and was absolutely ignored behind someone at the checkout counter. They were checking out a lady in front of her applying for a credit card and purchasing maybe 10-12 items but it shouldn’t take 35 minutes. I could have been checked out at anytime during that wait for one item and they could have continued their conversation. Instead I waited, waited and waited until I walked out after 35 minutes…. Have some awareness.

They always have up to date merchandise here. The window displays are great and the employees are super friendly.I pop in here at least once a month to see what's on sale, what's new and browse around. Great store!

Very "live laugh love" in terms of furnishing style. The only thing that kept it from being five stars is at the company doesn't ship from that location, but they apparently would be willing to ship if I bought it online.

I was so excited to visit Kirkland's today and left extremely disappointed. Sheree was not friendly or welcoming at all. She made me feel really uncomfortable. She was nice to the lady who checked out in front on my but her mood completely changed when she checked me out. It was uncalled for. I asked if I could use my coupon and she got an attitude and said "these are already on sale and you certainly don't need to use a coupon". Extremely rude she could have simply scanned it and if applied awesome if it didn't no problem. I will definitely not be going back to that location, I will only order on line.
