Had had great service up until the last time I dealt with them. The lady on the phone was sort and rude and wouldn't even let me finish my question. I understand that shortage have made things rough and people are having a hard time of things but being rude does not help.

I was pleasantly surprised at Kroger today. Had to make a large a large run, both my Mother and I have not been able to shop for some time. After loading up I got into an open check out lane. I was so tired! I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago still week. A young man (Alexandra) jumped in and emptied my cart! I couldn't believe it! Between he and the cashier I was in/out with an order (over 200) in minutes ! What a treat! I could not have wished for better service at a time I really needed it. Both kids were sweet and friendly. Thank you!

SUPPORT their Organic section! They may have commercials and ads about how fresh their produce is but they are ALL sprayed with GMO's which affects our bodies in a bad way tremendously the body becomes weaker over time and we get sick easier. Organic means it's organically grown how REAL farmers used to do it back in the day, the RIGHT and CARING way! Help your children and your body by choosing to buy organic, it shows the industry that we do CARE were our food comes from and that we CARE about our families and their HEALTH!

Incredibly rude pharmacy technician. This person didn’t show the least bit of concern that my daughter was in pain. I understand if you need a minimum of an hour to get a medication ready, but at the very least, instead of cutting me off while speaking to tell me you just couldn’t do anything, you could at least show some empathy. Terrible.

This used to be my go-to Kroger instead of the one in my town because it was well stocked, clean, and self checkout always had staff. What happened? I went there today and there was stuff everywhere, every department severely understaffed and the ones there looked ready to quit and burnt out. Only 1 register open with about 6 people in line, no baggers, and 1 self checkout employee managing both self checkout sections at opposite sides of store. Every other aisle was lined with half emptied boxes, shelf's had things that didn't belong, a whole meat and cheese tray display in a none refrigerated area. The poor deli was overwhelmed and only one girl all by herself doing her best. The gift wrap aisle was lined with clearance carts so you couldn't actually shop or buy anything in that area. It was a hot dumpster fire. For reference I went at 4pm on a Tuesday. I feel really bad for anyone that works here, especially considering they are getting paid about $10-$13/hr.

They are always willing to answer questions and are so kind! When I was a first time mom and scared about which cold medicine was the safest, the pharmacist walked around the counter and looked through all of the boxes and he explained which medicine was best. He’s done that more than once and always has a smile on his face. Not many people would be willing to do that while they were super busy. Also the blonde pharmacist is the sweetest person I’ve ever me. She gave me a hug when I got some traumatic news and had to take some medicine. Can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and everyone who works there!

This store has issues with canned goods. I have brought to their attention before, but nothing has changed, an I think now it is part of their business model. The cans are damaged, dented, smashed, etc. The Kroger brand canned fruit is the worst, but it exists across all brands. You have to "shop" to find normal cans. I thought at first it was related to poor stocking. Now I think they like to sell "seconds" at a 30% mark up. I'm done with this store.

Love Kroger! This company is always great and their produce is always fresh. In California we go to their sister company named Ralph's but here in Texas the building is much bigger. Loved how every area had some sort of station set up. Bakery, butcher, cheese, wine, sushi, deli, and pharmacy. Lots of space throughout all the aisles. Plenty of parking and a gas station with rewards to get a discount. Prices are fair and similar to those in California. Recommended for your grocery needs.

This Kroger has a good variety of products and is well stocked. But, it is understaffed and appears to be poorly managed. The last time I visited the store there were NO shopping carts at any entrance and only limited ones in the parking lot if you wanted to walk out and get one. There were more than half a dozen shoppers searching for carts when I entered the store.
