I shopped so many times at Kroger my Kroger rewards card flipped twice on points. Usually have a nice experience and I’m not one to complain but if you go late or close to closing time it’s a different beast. Tonight I didn’t realise the closing at 11 I usually never had an issue. However at 10:50 I got the over head call the store is now closed bring your items and check out. So I started rushing through the store. 5 min later I had a second over head announcement this one would be something I’ve never heard in a closing. It was brash and stated the STORE is NOW closed exit now exit now and it repeated it over again. I ran to check out and I believe the name is Delilah was on a personal call taking about whatever to a friend. I had an issue at check out needed her to scan a card but I had to wait until she finished her personal call. I said nothing she finally came up no look in the eye when I said hi or even respond. She walked up on the phone still scanned her card and walked away. This is the worst self check out attendant I’ve ever had in my life. Delilah has reptivly acted the same way on multiple previous checkouts. No personality looks like she hates you and her life so I never worried about people have issues but she’s always on a personal call!! Check the video management. Tonight was a redirect for me I spent plenty of money in Kroger checking my rewards car to take it elsewhere. Good luck on Delilah 6/25/25 10:50 pm self check out because I’m a guy that likes to think people have issues and it’s ok. Tonight please look at the video and her personal and overhead announcements and me running through to accommodate .

My husband had surgery this morning and the surgeon called in pain meds to this pharmacy that we have done business with for many years. He received the usual text acknowledgement from the pharmacy that the script had been received. After waiting for hours to get the follow up saying that it was ready I decided to drive to the pharmacy to make sure I could get it before closing so that he would have his pain meds for the night. I was told that they were out of the pain meds and would not be getting anymore in until Monday. Today is Friday. I asked if they could please transfer it to another pharmacy for st least the amount of meds to get him through the weekend and was told that since it is a controlled substance they could not. I asked what my husband could do for his pain and they said I would have to call the on call doctor after hours and get him to call it into another pharmacy for me. I asked them why they had not called to let us know that they were out of the meds so we would know and they had no explanation. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was not anymore helpful. If I could have given them a 0 rating I would have. Worst customer service ever.

Pharmacy has shown a pattern of poor customer service with no change in sight. It’s a shame insurance networks can trap you with a poor pharmacy.

A few of the staff are very helpful but others should've just stayed home. I was told one thing regarding my prescription status this morning and when showing up in the drive through to get an update a few moments ago, I was told something totally different. Unfortunately, this isn't uncommon here so perhaps the fault is mine.

I enjoy the majority of the staff helping out when I need help and working hard. The Rockwall store is always clean and kept up and the parking lots are usually pretty clear of runaway carts.

This store is poorly managed. Motorized carts are old and NEVER charged up. Good luck finding a charged one if you need it!! They are also slow to retrieve the carts from outside. Can you possibly stock your shelves before opening? This would allow more room in the aisles for customers to get through and get to the products easier. Thanks

Just moved to Rockwall....1st visit to this Kroger. Store seems pretty huge. Was very clean inside. Looks like they have a bit of everything here.
