Literally the nastiest Kroger in the nicest area. I don't understand how they let it get this bad so fast. The store isn't that old. They never have carts in the store aside from ones with locked up wheels. The floors and bathrooms are littered with loose trash, which means the actual floor itself is filthy too. There are usually lots of employees standing around at the checkout but of course they don't bag groceries, they're just there to look pretty I guess.

Pickup is always a hassle. Constant delays or not able to fulfill.In store shopping is good. Employees are nice and store is usually well maintained.

Was called 1 hour before my order was suppose to be picked up was told that they didn't know when it was going to be filled and not done today. Called back 4 hours later for a possible update was told not going to be done today I asked if it would be done first thing in the morning and was told no by Carlos because we were not a Priority that next day orders would be fill before ours and we would get pushed off. Asked to speak to a store manger and Carlos got very rude and aggressive towards us. Called back asked for a store manger and was transfered to Mary who acted like she was the store manger gave a different story and was also rude we asked for the store manger again she would not then we asked nicely for the regional manger and she gave us a 1800 kroger then hung up. We then called back a third time and asked the name of the store manger name which was Lance we explained what happen and he didn't seem to care that he would look into but wasn't a priority. This happens every week at this store

Gave the blue bell ice cream sandwiches a go. I wouldn’t buy again but leave it a reasonable rating of a 3. The icecream was delicious and savory, While the outside chocolate (sandwich) part was left hard and rigid. 9 Dollars for 12 it was if you ever need an Ice Cream sandwich i suggest the Great Value brand. I wasn’t greeted by a single worker which left me astonished. I felt i had to give this review to let the area know what a real ice cream sandwich shall taste like.

Such awesome people working at this location!! Especially my man Robert! He seriously went above and beyond for me and made my shopping experience so smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and if you do online pickup, it’s so worry and hassle free. Especially if you have Robert shopping for you. He’s the best!! Give that man a raise! Or maybe give him a big bonus, cause he’s seriously the best!!! Thank you!!!

Used their instacart services several times. Always get it wrong, charge you for items your ordered but they leave out of the delivery and there's no means to dispute the orders or charges. They say instacart is a service not affiliated with their stores. B.S.! Do not use. Ripoff. Done with Kroger. Thankfully HEB is building a store in Rockwall. That ought to run kroger out of town and set the new standards!!

I've only been here twice but both times the store was tidy and well stocked! Early this morning I had an exchange to make but when I arrived the customer service desk wasn't open yet. However the woman at the self checkout was super helpful and offered to try to give me store credit which was successful.

You think of Kroger as a step-up in Grocery stores. This one is not. I didn't make it through the deli department before I turned around and walked out. They are supposed to be known for their produce. First thing I saw was containers of chopped up pineapple which were slightly brown. No thanks. I went to the strawberries and of course the first few I picked up were moldy. (Did I walk into Walmart by mistake?) I saw another section of pipeapple chunks and these were white, just a bit under ripe for me. I went over to the deli to see what sandwiches they had. Not much of a selection, but they did have chicken salad on a croissant. Great, I turned it over to check the date and the whole back of the container was so wet, the ink came off. I looked at where it had been and the shelf was wet. No thanks. I didn't bother with going through the rest of the store. If this is acceptable to the management, I can only imagine what the rest of the store is like.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every. Single. Meat item I purchased was SPOILED! Bagged salad that was not due to expire BAD. Last week it was hummus that had MOLD on it. I’m done shopping here. They don’t care about the SAFETY of their customers.

I've been ordering from Kroger for my office for about 6 months. They have never once gotten an order 100% correct. Even if you select the option to recieve messages about your order, you're not guaranteed to hear from them. Last week, I ordered about $160 of groceries to be delivered the next day between 10-11am. They texted me at 6am that they were out of stock of a few items and had no replacements. I had seen this message so often, that I didn't bother to check which foods they decided not to look for. The store isn't even open at 6am, so I thought it might've been a technical error. Come 9:30am, before the order was even due (they've been late by an hour too) I recieved THREE of the 26 items I ordered. Yesterday, I placed another order and this time when the text came in, I opened the link only to find that 4 of the items I had ordered were "not available" and they offered replacements. I accepted one replacement and rejected the other 3 because we have dietary restrictions where some can't have gluten or dairy. The order was just delivered, not only did I get all 4 of the replacements, but they gave us additional incorrect items that no one can eat. If you need to order groceries, go anywhere else.

Spoiled food. I purchased fruit that had a sell by date of 06/27/2023 but it is spoiled. Fruit has a tangy sour taste. The fruit look good in the store but is disappointing when you get it home. Meat department smells like spoiled seafood and hits you as you enter the store. Shelves are empty. Definitely not Kroger standard. I will drive to Rowlett to shop at Tom Thumb from now on.

Really wish I could give this location a better rating as it is quite convenient to home. The staff for the most part is friendly but the store itself is falling apart and not much that is done about it.Grab a cart before entering the store as it is a 50/50 chance whether they will have any or not. It is not like they are short staffed as there are usually 5-6 Kroger employees at the front hanging out.The most annoying part of this Kroger is the constant need to check all expiration dates extremely carefully as they constantly have product on the shelf which has gone past the sell date. This includes meat, yogurt, snacks and milk. The expiration on products is not followed in their deli as well - we have been sold both spoiled roast beef and Swiss cheese which included mold.They are the only Kroger which consistently does not ring up the deals correctly - with them clipped it has been every single time I have had to walk back to customer service to go get a refund, happy for the refund but what a waste of time.When it rains, you honestly get to feel it in real life as they still have yet to correctly fix the roof.I would recommend going to another Kroger location.
